Sorry for taking so long with this, lots of shit has been going on like school and migraines and other fun things. But anyway, here's the summary I promised, long overdue.
So there wasn't going to be so much of a future plot as a lot of backstory and then continuous things being revealed that were always present.
Most of the backstory didn't belong to London or Paris, but instead their parents, so I'll start with them, from the very beginning.
Sydney, London's mom, was an athlete from a region I made up, called Tsignia. It's made up of three islands not very far from Unova, and its pokemon population is almost entirely its own set of fakemon plus Unovan pokemon. The region isn't really important though, it's just where she's from. Anyway, she played a lot of sports, mostly soccer and swimming.
Florence, London's dad, was from Kalos, so he never went very far from his home over the course of the story. He was known for being particularly intelligent, wise, and crafty. London got his creativity from Florence, who could sew, cook, etcetera.
At some point during their late teens/young adult years, they both were kidnapped by an organization that would be left unnamed. They were targeted because of their above average skills, as were many others from several different regions for various above average skills. All the victims were particularly good at something, but not so renowned or special or something that it would be largely noticed if they disappeared.
This was for the sake of a project that was becoming a popular idea among underground organizations due to rumors of success with such a project by Team Rocket, which in my verse is considered THE evil team, with the most widespread influence, etc etc, nobody messes with them and all other evil teams look up to them, they have a huge black market, etc etc. So when other organizations heard that Rocket had some success, they decided to do copycat projects.
This project was known as the pokemorph project. I'll briefly go over what a pokemorph is in my verse.
Firstly, there are three types of pokemorph. Only one of them is technically called a “pokemorph”, but this is also the collective term for all three.
The first and most basic type is a hybrid. A hybrid has no transformation ability at all, though they may be able to use some pokemon attacks. Generally, a hybrid will have a mostly human appearance with some pokemon traits, like say, pokemon ears and a tail, so think like a catgirl. That's pretty basic, though, and most hybrids will have less appealing traits (an elongated face, similar to a snout, for example, or other strange proportions). Hybrids can vary a lot- say a gastly hybrid, they may have completely purple skin and a gastly aura around them, perhaps pointy ears and teeth, ghost-y type stuff. Some hybrids you might not be able to tell which pokemon they're combined with, but you can tell they're not exactly human, because of their odd proportions, etc. It all depends on how successful the fusing process was.
Next is the “pokemorph”, which is a human with transformation abilities. This type can go from completely human to completely pokemon, but nothing inbetween. It varies from morph to morph, but the transformation process is often difficult and painful, though it may become easier with practice. Certain things like stress, injury, etc, may force the morph to be stuck in one form. Depending on the trauma, they may never be able to transform again. Transformations may also be unstable and involuntary with high stress levels, or if the morph simply has low levels of control.
The most complex and rare type is a “hybridmorph” (very creative name, I know). This type typically has complete control over the transformation process, and so can choose to stop it anywhere inbetween- inbetween transformations can give them the appearance of hybrids. The transformation may still be difficult and painful, but the hybridmorph still has more control over it than a pokemorph does. They are also susceptible to involuntary transformation and getting stuck, though less so.
On the blog, it would have been seen that Sydney, London, and Paris are all pokemorphs. Florence, however, is a hybrid.
Unlike London and Paris, Sydney and Florence are not born morphs. When they were kidnapped, it was for the sake of the pokemorph project. Unfortunately for them, this was very early in the pokemorph technology days, so what was done to them was very crude, and very painful, very traumatic. Since this organization was pretty basic of a Rocket-knockoff, they especially didn't know what they were doing, and they didn't have a lot of money to do it. Subjects were kept in poor, tiny conditions, the technology was behind, the tools weren't the best...it wasn't pleasant for anyone involved, and a lot of subjects...well, they didn't make it. Very few of the experiments were successful at all.
I won't get into all the medical and scientific details, but the basics of how a pokemorph is made involves taking a human, a transforming-type pokemon (usually ditto), and another specific pokemon, and grafting specific strands of DNA into the human. It's most often successful when done to embryos and fetuses, and sometimes developing children, but when those are hard to come across, adults may work too...sometimes. It's fairly gruesome.
Needless to say, however, Sydney and Florence survived their ordeals. Sydney was combined with a sylveon, and Florence with an espeon. Sydney was able to transform, though barely; it causes her a great deal of pain and exhausts her, even to this day, so she only transforms when necessary. Florence had a worse case; he successfully grew espeon ears and a tail, but no fur, and his transformation halted after his gem sprouted on his forehead. This development was especially excruciating, and the pain left him completely blind and in a permanently weakened state. Both Florence and Sydney are especially susceptible to sickness and fatigue to this day.
It was Sydney who got them out of their prisons. As her experiments had been mostly successful, all things considered, and her personality was one of great stubbornness and determination, she was able to keep up her strength enough to use her new powers as a sylveon to bust out of her own cell. Before she fled, she noticed Florence, who was one of the few remaining subjects by that time, and took pity on him due to his condition. She freed him and risked her escape in order to help him out, as well. They did run into some guards that prevented them from leaving unscathed, but because of the general unprofessionalness of this organization, they were able to get out and stay out.
After that, they ended up sticking together due to the bond they formed during the escape, and because they could understand each other's ordeals. Especially since this was so early on in the development of pokemorphs, they knew so little about what they had become, and knew no one else like them. They were both in terrible shape for a long time, so they helped each other, and fell in love.
They weren't even sure they could still have children, but sure enough, London and Paris came along. They weren't sure if their children would be morphs like them, but due to how their DNA had been grafted, both children inherited the pokemorph ability. They both started out as eevees, which their parents thought was strange, as neither of them had ever been eevees, but hey, they didn't know shit about all the biology behind the experiments, so they just went with it. Both kids grew to become sylveons, due to strong family bonds.
Unfortunately, neither child was born without problems. It was already obvious that Paris had been born without arms- she was also a bit weaker than most, but her deformity was her biggest issue. London got into engineering specifically to try and develop prosthesis for her so she could life a more self-sufficient life.
London's problems were less obvious, though they were hinted at a few times before I gave up on the blog, especially during his maze at the tea party. He has an extremely weak heart with terrible arrhythmia, which makes it very difficult for him to do much physical activity, especially for long periods of time or in conditions such as extreme heat as seen in the maze. If he's not careful, this condition is potentially fatal. He is often bedridden for long periods of time, during which his parents stay with him to help Paris care for him (this is how I was going to properly introduce his parents; after the maze, he was going to end up collapsing, and his parents would take over the blog for a period of time while he recovered). London also has a fear of being in small spaces or being immobilized, due to being afraid of going through something similar to what his parents did.
Whenever I noticed a blog with a character interested in medicine or healing, I liked to send London or Paris over with some curiosity on the types of healing the character knew about. That's because they hoped to find a way to improve their family's conditions- never for themselves; Paris had no interest in fixing herself anymore than she already was, and London didn't care about himself, but wanted to make his family's lives easier- especially his father's, as Florence had a particularly difficult time, being both blind and frail despite his optimistic demeanor.
The blog would've covered all that through flashbacks, storytelling, and family bonding stuff. Besides that, the primary focus of the present would've been just showing the familial bonds and creating bonds with other characters.
That's pretty much it, I think. If you wanna know anything else, send an ask, and I'll answer what I can through text.
Otherwise, if you want an ask blog that's actually active, check out my collab blog here: http://ask-the-lunar-duo.tumblr.com/ which just started a few days ago. I also have an art blog (http://sparxdraws.tumblr.com/). I'm going to be starting a new pokemon related project very soon... keep an eye on my art blog if you're interested. It's gonna be my biggest project yet, and has been a few years in the making.
If I ever do come back to this blog, it'll probably have a slightly different focus, with all the above being assumed as things you already know.

Yyyeaahhh I don't think I'm coming back
At least not to this blog
I'm just not having fun anymore and I'd rather work on my own stuff rather than a community thing I'm not enjoying
So I'll post a summary of what was going to happen and what was going to be revealed later I guess

So, Paris, how did you managed in everyday life before you got those prosthetic arms?

Paris: In short, I didn't really manage... I only got by because my family was so supportive and helpful. I'm sure I could have eventually learned how to take care of myself, but just trying to learn was so difficult and stressful. I can't thank London enough for giving me arms- they make everything so much easier, and I'm so grateful!

"Anyway... We actually just released our lanterns, before you came over. We were on our way to figure out our sleeping arrangements, as well," said London, his cocky smirk becoming significantly more pleasant and friendly as he turned toward Ava. While speaking, he used a ribbon to brush the glitter from his mane back into Prince's face.
Meanwhile, Paris rolled her eyes at her brother and his friend and stepped between them and Ava, grinning brightly at the ninetales. "How were the hotsprings? I heard they're very lovely, but water and I don't quite mix..." She chuckled sheepishly and gestured toward her mechanical limbs with a ribbon. "They're waterproof, mostly, but not in the sense that they should be around moisture for too long..." The female sylveon sighed longingly and glanced backward at London.
"The relaxation would have been lovely, though. I don't know how much I'll get to relax tonight if Donny keeps this up!"

"Oh my! Paris, I didn't know you were here!" Ava ran up to the sylveon with a bright smile, "How have you been? Are you enjoying yourself? Ah..." She looks back to see Prince trailing behind at a slower pace, "Sorry, Prince seems to be tired from running around the forest all day, hehe. We sort of came here together, but it was more of a surprise than anything." Ava glances at the taller sylveon at Paris' side, "Oh, you must be London! I'm Ava; I'm not sure we met properly before."

London: So what have you two been up to, hmmm? Perhaps a little too much fun, by the looks of dear Prince, haha!

With a quickness in his step, Prince pounced at the back of the larger sylveon "London my friend! My my I didn't expect to see you!" He barked excitedly. From the corner of his eye though another silhouette caught his eye, "Oh! Pardon me, are you two here together? My name is Prince, and you, my dear?" He asked, extending a ribbon.

Paris: It's so good to finally meet you! How are you?
London: Are you enjoying yourself? Not getting into too much trouble?

(FFF) "My my, aren't you two quite the pair?" Flara purred, wrapping one of her many tails around Paris' artificial limbs. "You know, dear, I could give you back your *real* limbs for just a *small* price."

Paris: They're the only limbs I've ever had. And I wouldn't replace them for anything.

London: A party? Pranks? Masks? This sounds like something I must attend! Along with my dear Paris, of course. May we have a pair of masks? One red, one yellow, perhaps?

Perhaps there is hope for him yet!
I do have friends! They’re just not around right now. And he’s… kinda like a grumpy older brother? Yeah, something like that.
He does looks better when he’s had a proper haircut, I swear. He used to do contests, you know? He’s picky about his looks when he can help it.
It’s just, uh. He doesn’t want anyone who doesn’t know what they’re doing near him with a pair of scissors.
