Is Rubix the team leader? If so how do you both work if he's deaf?

Ivy: "Team leader?" tilting their head to the side, they thought to themself for a moment.

Ivy: "We just take turns on whos in the lead when it suits us. We dont have a set leader"

Ivy: "Rubix is the one who gets us (me) out of trouble if we happen to stumble upon a stronger pokemon that we werent supposed to approach"

Ivy: "Ah, I was lucky to learn some sign language thanks to my dad back home before I left!… I’m not the best and I have trouble sometimes...I am still learning!! :)"

woha- this place is cool- THAT WATERFALL IS UPSIDE DOWN?! Does this mean if i flip a glass of water upside down it will spill the other way?

“Wait!” Mimikyu started, “It doesn’t…work…like that.” They sighed as the Eevee began pouring the cup over, spilling water everywhere. Somehow they were sure that this was going to come back at them.

“This is a distortion world. The creator made it a long time ago. It is just the waterfalls and such that act weird.” They pointed out, “I mean imagine if it was everything? If you had to drink backwards.” They face screwed up in confusion. “How would that even work?”
