Club’s closed

I should have put this up sooner, I’m not sure why I didn’t.

It’s kind of sad but we’re(well I am since everyone else is gone) technically having this AU/ask blog on permanent hiatus. While the link box on the desktop version of the site is up(kind of because it looks nice), the ask box it’s self is closed. I doubt anyone wants to but you can still send a submission & I’ll check on it.

Everyone has pretty much moved on to other things & I don’t know if we’ll ever come back. This blog will be kept up to show what could have been & to show where this AU kind of started.(Does this make sense?) I’ll post a ref of Dance Eduardo that I was suppose to work on later & maybe some others one day but yeah this ask blog is closed & likely anything related to it will come from me.

Below is a link that repeats some stuff & also goes into more detail about what’s going on but at best the simple answer is that we slowed down, we lost interest leading to the slow down & we moved on to other things. Sorry that I sound like a broken record.

Old ref for Dance Matt

I though that I may as well post this so it doesn’t go to waste(and because I’ll be purging my computer of old SAI files that I’m not using anymore)

Below is an old(well I say old but according to the file it was earlier in the year which is a little surprising to me) sketch I made to help Mod Matt with their ref for Dance Matt. I might eventually finish this for them since this blog/AU has pretty much been abandoned.

Here’s a description I made using what Mod Matt told me about Matt’s outfit: He's in a sparkly gold vest that's a ballroom skirt in the back. He's in shiny leggings & gold flats, he also wears a poofy sleeved button down shirt & sparkily face paint. Envoking Belle from Beauty and the Beast with his getup.

To the left is Matt in school(for some reason I make refs of the characters out of their dance club outfits next to them in said outfits) To the right is Matt raving in the club, his face paint mask is glittery & meant to mimic a ballroom mask

Instead of splitting hairs over whether a fictional character with no confirmed sexuality is bi or pan, maybe we should just accept that bisexuality and pansexuality have a lot of overlap and trying to claim one of them as more inclusive than the other is pointless.

I made this using Clip Studio Paint EX(which is how I was able to get a 3D model for this & animate it) & SAI, it’s suppose to be the point of view of a security camera in a rave club

Here’s Edd’s ref, yeah I went all out for it. He has two outfits because I couldn’t choose & the others allowed me to keep both, don’t expect full colored asks from me because JFC they’d take a long ass amount of time to finish.

Now I have to work on Eduardo.... Fuck I have to work on Eduardo....
