Sky Photo Album 2024
Some quick notes: This is mostly an example of what would be intended for the album, but of course you don't have to add all of them if you don't want to. Remember, it's your album we're making, you decide which moments you want to add to it. The free spaces have prompts, these are not mandatory, they're a little help in case you don't know/can't decide what to use them for. You can also change the order of the pages if you feel like it. As promised, here's a list of the pages that will form this album:
1. Free Space: Birth Season 2. Season of Gratitude 3. Season of Lightseekers 4. Season of Belonging 5. Season of Rhythm - Free Space: Favorite Event 6. Season of Enchantment 7. Season of Sanctuary 8. Season of Prophecy 9. Season of Dreams - Free Space: Moments with Friends 10. Season of Assembly 11. Season of The Little Prince 12. Season of Flight 13. Season of Abyss - Free Space: An outfit you love/wear often 14. Season of Performance 15. Season of Shattering 16. Season of AURORA 17. Season of Remembrance - Free Space: Your favorite creature 18. Season of Passage 19. Season of Moments 20. Season of Revival 21. Season of the Nine-Colored Deer
I will try sending the first few templates soon for those who'd like to use them, but as stated previously you're free to make and use your own if you so wish.
Have a wonderful day/night and see you in the skies!

Hello everyone! Thank you so much for taking the time to interact with this post. As per the poll's result, the first activity will be the Sky Photo Album! Some quick notes about this activity:
Since the goal is to take pictures with most (if not all) aspects of this game (ex.: spirits, areas of the realms, moments with friends, etc) this is intended to be a long-term activity. This will also give the chance to organize other activities along its duration.
I mentioned a set of templates available for everyone to use, I still intend on making them ofc, but if anyone would like to make their own to use that's also okay! In the end, this is your album we're designing, so you can customize it as you'd like!
Following the previous point, collages, edits, cards, drawings, etc will also be allowed for the more creative sky kids that would find that more interesting than photography.
Last but not least, since this heavily relies on the amount of free time I'll have, I can't guarantee some kind of schedule for the templates to be posted. I will try my best to have one or two ready per week, but of course that won't always be possible. Knowing that this isn't an ideal outcome, I will post a list of what would be the intended pages of this album and leave it pinned, so anyone can advance at their own pace if they so wish.
Anyone that would like to share their progress can do so freely with the tags #askyadventureractivities and #skyphotoalbum2024 for more visibility. I hope this results in a nice experience for everyone and wish you all a great day/night!
See you in the skies!
First activity
Hello everyone! First of all, happy Season of the Nine-Colored Deer! While this update has brought many issues, I still hope you all get to enjoy it as much as possible. Following with my latest post I bring an update about the activities I had in mind. I offer three options for everyone to vote to start off this little project of mine: - Days of Style themed activity: I will post 4 hidden cards for everyone to choose from, each with a season to decide a theme. Once they've been revealed, participants can use anything related to said season (color theme, the area, the spirits, personal interpretation, etc) to create a themed outfit. - Sky Photo Album (long-term activity): If this activity is selected, I'll personally work on creating a template available for everyone to use. The main objective would be taking pictures of spirits, guides, areas, etc to fill up each page. - Skyball Tournament: Similar to any irl sport tournament, this would mean several teams participating on skyball matches. For questions about any of these options, they can be asked through comments or asks and will be answered as soon as I'm able to. Reminder: These activities are all for fun, and no one is forced to participate if they don't wish to. This is all in hopes of helping players find new things to do in Sky.
Hope to hear from you, and wish you all a wonderful day/night. See you in the skies!

Thank you so much to everyone that took the time to participate on this little survey! I will post more information about some of the activities hopefully soon.
Until then wish you all a great day/night, and see you in the skies!
Question for the Sky COTL Community
Sky is an open game that offers a lot of possibilities to spend time, be it alone or with friends, playing music, exploring, etc. However I've had my fair share of encounters with players that have stated there's not much to do, or that they don't find anything too interesting to do, once they've already gone through the major part of the game.
I had a thought about creating different types of games for this kinds of situations, simple things like "take a photo with every spirit in the game" or organizing skyball tournament matches if possible, all completely free and accessible for everyone. (Maybe would even consider added little rewards like stickers or smth for the games like the photography one).
I'd like to know the community's thoughts on this silly little idea before I launch into it, and see if it would be worth it/would make the game a bit more interesting or exciting for old and new players alike.
Any questions are also welcome in the comments! If you've taken the time to read/interact with this post, thank you so much and wish you all a great day/night!
