Maybe it's a little late, but in some countries there's still the 29th, so it's okay.

I want to wish a happy birthday to a character that can celebrate it only once а 4 years, and even then, it is doubtful that his older brother will let him have fun.

I was returned here once of the year to say "Happy Birthday" to my favorite character! At the darkest night was born the brightest soul.
