Top 5 things to consider for selecting animation studio for product training videos
1. Start with yourself
This sounds like a no-brainer, but you’d be surprised how many clients skip this important step in the decision-making process. Before you power up your Mac to search for “best animation production companies in my area” or reach for the phone to make some frantic calls, think of what you are trying to accomplish. Why do you need an explainer video in the first place? Is it because all the cool kids are doing it? Or because you’re stuck with promoting your brand on a shoestring budget?  Or is it because this is the best way to reach your target audience? Set clear goals for your campaign, define the opportunities and limitations, clarify the message you want to deliver, jot down your expectations for what kind of response the video will need to evoke. This way, you’ll make a more informed decision about which type of production company you should be looking for and what the best style for your video is.
2. See the goods
Once you set your sights on the production company you like, take your research to the next level. Review the studio’s show reel and, more importantly, a few of their recent projects. Even perfunctory analysis will give you an idea of their style and tone, breadth and depth of their creative talent, technical prowess and visual mastery. You’ll be able to assess the quality and professionalism of their work, too, and see if what they deliver goes in line with your own quality standards. Read up on some of the studio’s case studies, if they provide these. It’s a good idea to find a past project that matches your current needs and evaluate how well the studio has risen to the challenge of tackling the client’s communication objectives. Most importantly, trust your gut. How often the videos prompt an “I love it!” response is a good litmus test of the overall quality of the studio’s creative output.
3. Look for more
A quality production company will offer you a full range of different services – and the one that’s ready to go the extra mile will customize them to your requirements. Ideally, this should be a one-stop-shop for all your marketing needs. What is their level of customization? Are they able and willing to create an exclusive video marketing strategy? Can they produce compelling written content (social media content, PR, etc.) for a brand campaign? Will they recommend innovative advertising channels that will broaden your reach? Look for a studio that has the capacity to oversee the whole process from start to finish, take care of the distribution of the video and supply you with a variety of different promotional tools.
 4. Ask around
It would be wise to find out what kind of feedback past clients share about this particular company. There are two ways you can go about collecting feedback: 1). Ask the company directly for testimonials of their clients; 2). Consult objective sources (check out the company’s business ratings, read independent reviews, reach out to your personal business network for a second opinion). For all the great variety of video animation production houses out there, it really is a small world where word travels fast. If there is any bad news about your prospective partner, you’ll waste no time in finding it out.
5. Apply the triple A rule
Now that you’ve come this far in the evaluation process, it’s time to administer something we at Darvideo call the triple A rule. Your video animation production company of choice should be:
Affordable
Available
Active
In this scenario, “affordable” does not equal “cheap.” Rather, it means “able to give you the most bang for your buck.” Package deals are not the norm in video production industry: be prepared that costs will vary greatly, depending on the complexity and timing of the project. What sets a good production company apart for its less scrupulous counterparts is that it will propose a number of production routes and consult you on identifying the realistic level of investment that fits your budget and the studio’s capabilities. They will offer guidance as to what you can expect within your particular price range, without sacrificing the quality of the final product. The budget estimate for a project on the studio’s side should be as transparent and clear as possible and should not contain any hidden costs or unnecessary expenses.

Top 5 things to consider for selecting an animation studio for hotel industry
1.Ask For A Portfolio
A portfolio reflects the quality of work offered by an animation company. Looking through a portfolio of videos will give you an idea about the quality of work they offer.
•Check the quality of animation. You don’t need to look at it through the eyes of a professional, just see how smooth & dynamic the video flows.
•Are the visuals appealing? Or do they belong in a clip art gallery?
•Is audio understandable? How is the quality of the voiceover?
3. See The Presentation Of A Video
Pay heed to all production details before closing a deal with an animator. A video should essentially create a bond between the brand and the viewers. From characters to humor, everything is imperative to make a video alive and engaging.
3.Don’t Overlook Animation Style
A video should have comprehensible graphics. Drawings should be:
• Original
• Contemporary
• Pleasing to look at
Therefore, you should seek consistency that will be compatible with your company in terms of the logo, the colors, brand, and website.
4.Examine Voiceover Quality
Looking for experience, completed projects, and animation styles are not enough when choosing professional animation companies.
The voiceover is also an essential element to consider when choosing an animation house.
Therefore, voiceovers should be done by a professional speaker who has a proper command of tone and genre.
5.Look For A Better Customer Service And Communication
There are lots of animation studios making promises of high-quality productions at affordable prices. But, as a rule, they have little time to communicate with their clients.

My Internship Experience
The past one  month work with aespaes pvt ltd .in and Social Beat made me step into my management career with a great deal. With a great passion towards marketing, I intentionally took up my internship in digital marketing profile for the fact that I am not a computer/mobile savvy person and the future of marketing is heading towards complete digital transformation. Now, I feel confident as a future-oriented marketing person with deep learnings on social media marketing, digital advertising, influencer marketing, SEO, and to some extent, on brand management. I was able to practically feel which platform works better for which sector and got deep insights into consumer behaviour in digital space.
got an opportunity to work with a team mixed with both young as well as experienced members, and it gave me a different feeling altogether. I was able to feel how creative and innovative the minds of younger ones are. I felt the necessity for a marketing person to adapt himself/herself to the newer trends and tastes of the younger generation and learn new spaces to explore from them regularly. From my mentor, I learned the art of planning, scheduling, hard work, and dedication. He imbibed in me the managerial qualities with few business strategy exercises and pushed me hard so that he can get the best out of me. This made me feel miraculous and taught me how to produce different outputs with the same quality and precision.I figured out my niche towards writing with an opportunity to write various blogs and answer questions for clients on Quora. I also got to understand the basics of influencer marketing and how to leverage it for brands. The sessions by Mr. David Appasamy were indeed enriching. I gained a lot of insights with his rich experience in the field of marketing and advertising. I learned the art of presentation skills and creative designing from his training.

The TEDx event
TED's format
Imagine a day filled with brilliant speakers, thought-provoking video and mind-blowing conversation. By organizing a TEDx event, you can create a unique gathering in your community that will unleash new ideas, inspire and inform.
A TEDx event is a local gathering where live TED-like talks and performances are shared with the community. TEDx events are fully planned and coordinated independently, on a community-by-community basis. The content and design of each TEDx event is unique and developed independently, but all of them have features in common.
A suite of short, carefully prepared talks, demonstrations and performances that are idea-focused, and cover a wide range of subjects to foster learning, inspiration and wonder – and provoke conversations that matter.
Here is how the TEDx team defines a good talk: “Something that’s new and surprising; an idea or invention that your audience has never heard about. A great basic idea (that your audience has maybe already heard) with a compelling new argument behind it that challenges beliefs and perspectives. In other words, an idea isn’t just a story or a list of facts. A good idea takes certain evidence or observations and draws a larger conclusion.”
Once you’ve come up with your script it’s time to transition to practice. I recommend recording yourself every other day and using the video to identify passages which need improvement. Again – this is where trusted friends and contacts will come in as very useful. Their feedback will be invaluable in helping you to improve your talk and delivery.

TEDx |Abhiram Joshi|
Virtual reality is no longer part of some distant future, and it's not just for gaming and entertainment anymore. Abhiram Joshi  wants to use it to make quality education more accessible. In this refreshing talk, he demos an idea that could revolutionize the way we  can teach in schools, colleges.
In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.
Apart from this, he shared his wonderful experience which he got through Virtual Reality Headset. He was in a Museum where he was taking a virtual tour of Australia by headsets and he observed few fascinating features.
1st- 360 degree experience
                                                       2nd- The field of vision ( 120 degree )
                                                       3rd- Interactivity
                                                       4th- Multilingual support
Abhiram and his team are working on the project of Virtual Reality and how to explore and what is its future for 3 years and have been trying to create modules for Engineering Colleges, Pharmaceuticals colleges, Polytechnic colleges and school, even he mentioned that he and his company Aespaes are trying to reach out to non-privileged areas, students, Adivasis who seek knowledge.
He has been trained under the mentorship of eminent screenplay writers & filmmakers like Jonathan Wald, Miro Bilbrough & Duncan Thompson. His thesis film ‘Renoir’, portraying the coming of age story of a shy introverted teenager trying to barge into the world of experimental theatre, was appreciated and nominated in many international film festivals like the Sundance International Film Festival & Busan International Film Festival in the short film category. He has professional experience of more than 5 years in the field of corporate filmmaking, television commercials & social media audio-visual promotion as well.
