After having watched the 2005 Pride and Prejudice last night I can say this is the perfect way to think about them both. I love the 1995 version for that accuracy and of COURSE Mr Colin Firth as Mr Darcy, but the pure emotion and artistic design of the movie had me reeling.

Good final episode (Din adopting Grogu had me absolutely BAWLING as did the domestic home vibes coming from Din) but left me a little wanting. Can I wait another two years for the next season? Uh, NO I CANNOT!!

I’m trying so hard not to be disappointed by The Mandalorian considering how much I ADORE this show with all my heart but season 3 is just… extremely subpar. What happened to the gunslinging bounty hunter with a soft spot for his foundling? Is this a Bo-Katan show now? Don’t get me wrong I love her in Clone Wars, Rebels, and the second season, but the disappointed I had at the EASE in Din giving away the Darksaber like that is immeasurable. I really hope I’m not the only one because I’m trying so hard to love this show, and I still do, but it’s just this latest episode was extremely disappointing. I hope Filoni and Favreau kick up their game for the last episodes, but I mean what could they do? Just please give us an episode where it’s only Din and Grogu and they’re doing something badass instead of sidelining televisions most popular character in the world in his own show.

I cant be the only one a little hesitant to see Lizzo and Jack Black in the Mandalorian, can I? Don’t get me wrong I love Jack Black (I can’t say anything about Lizzo bc I don’t listen to her music so I can’t have an opinion) but seeing people like them, huge singers and a well known comedy and self acting actor like Jack Black, kinda took me out of the story. Even Christopher Lloyd’s character was kinda like “whoa what” and I no longer felt like I was watching the Mandalorian. Sure point for fan eat ups or whatever but… it just didn’t seem to be the best idea to me.
