Half way through a DIY peice. Using a 7rl for the first time and ran the machine a little to slow, so give my skin a break then going to touch up some of the outline before I move onto the shading. 👆
So my morning was spent messing about and working on my editing skills. I would say there is a big improvement for my second day. I promise myself I will sketch something new this afternoon.
A friend wants an original reaper design by my hand so this was a researched/referenced 1st attempt. I am looking foward to bringing death to life without a reference. ☠️
I used to think realism was my weakest link but after a couple of exercises with some different references I surprised myself a little and now it's my favourite thing to do. 🤞
A referenced design I did a few weeks back. Working everyday towards building my portfolio. Is this worthy? My ocd is always telling me I can do much better. 🤔
First attempt at a design on fake skin. Just the outline🌹 I spent the majority of my first week with my machine doing drills with a 5RL. Just learnt that I need to be using vaseline aswell to avoid these big black smudges. Any constructive feedback is appreciated. I am going to be spending the next few days doing drills with other needles and will have a new design up in due course.
