Amber is your ordinary teen. She lives in the suburbs with her mom, dad, and little brother. And she has a wonderful boyfriend James as well, of course. She is also a runner by heart and is always up for a little adventure. Little does she know that she is in for the greatest adventure of her life, one that could affect her life and the people around her as she knows it.

Battling these rogue humans, she meets many people on the way. Including the lovable, arrogant, player, Axel, that she must trust for her own life's sake, and the people that she loves most lives as well. But will she fall for him in the process?
