Fuck you, unga bungas your Emperor of Mankind.
HC: What if the greatest form of irony for him was that he still looks like the world's most horrifying caveman and had to hide this appearance from others?
Also Cato and Guilliman for size comparisons.

(I've been playing Wrath and Glory with a few DND friends and I've been absolutely having such fun with my Raven guard Edgar. But poor babiburd made a bad roll up against an ork the Gatling gun in lost an eye.)

"The Lost Standards, Lost Identity"
After years of analyzing both historical and fictional tropes, themes and topics, none hold the most amount of profound irony than the obsessive passions of Hellenic Greek history.
In modern media, the Spartan's chokehold on the concepts of masculinity and the ideal standards of personal superiority have either helped or harmed their own reputation as a military city state, if we even knew a single solid thing about them.
The Athenians have been infamous for writing the historys of others to better fit their own views, the same had been done by the Spartan's. Yet the question remains, what is there left of them?
The Minotaurs from Warhammer40k best fit this ironic narrative; wild, brutal and militants lap dogs to the higher bureaucrats that hold on to them like the bolters they clench. If they were real, would they even understand the realities and truths of historical Spartan life? Would their thieving and brutal nature even be something seen as acceptable by the standards of a city state that had prided itself in its 'sparcity'? Remember, the main reason why the Spartans were so hated was their rejection of excessive lifestyles, this rejection was likely the reason why Athens considered them a threat; they're not as easy to bargain with.
Yet, in a sci-fi dystopian future, is it really worth analyzing what is thousands of millennia apart from understanding each other's context?

How does one size an Astartes? I can imagine in comparison to humans, their eyes roughly stay the same size as a baseline human but anatomy be damned with these lads
