Ok here is my updated Villies designs, perhaps more team designs soon?

Info abt my thought process below

With Grian: I tried to keep his parts of his color scheme the same with Meowth. I also tried to make it look a bit like the Link skin, like his hat, but with cat ears. Also that fuckass bleach job but it’s just the tips of his hair, as if he’s growing out his natural color. I actually tried to color his wings with Meowth’s colors, but it looked odd, so the classic parrot wings stay! I really like the Link Meowth hat so much tbh. It’s cute and fun. And the neck rose looks like a collar lol

I tried to do a Villies version of a Team Rocket like costume, but more personalized to Pearl and Gem. Like colors and outfit alterations. Emo Pearl stays. The moth her wings are based on are a scarlet tiger moth. I thought the colors were perfect for the red rose theme. I think she has the best color pallet, it’s very appealing, the bright red and blues. Gem, as always in my head, is cute deer gal. The green and orange always slays. I made her gloves black instead of the greenish white because I thought it would balance out better. And you know her roses had to be in the form of a flower crown.

I tried to keep the rose motif as well. I think rose red is their main color. I had some trouble deciding where to place them on each person, cause I wanted more than one on each but I didn’t want repeated placements. Hope they suit each design! I enjoy these designs much more than the first ones! I would love any thoughts about them. I'm trying to improve my character design skills and this season of the Life series has given me a lot of ideas for the teams!
