I like the slices being shown with the corresponding cutaway of the reconstructed particle

We use this same stuff (in a much smaller column) to separate out DNA segments with incorporated dye-conjugated terminator nucleotides from unincorporated dye-conjugated nucleotides before Sanger Sequencing.
