I feel bad that some of yall assume Reddit is just for republican neckbeards. it is currently fucking plastered in leftist posts, making fun of trump and musk, calling out trump for basically admitting to election fraud and musk for the fucking salute, people literally openly saying they wish these assholes would die. Some subreddits with broad other purposes have been largely converted into leftist communities. Believing tumblr is the only existing bastion of leftists or whatever WILL make you bitter and miserable lol

we need a new radically queer social media platform that allows porn. i remember how tumblr sprouted and grew organically. i loved curating my feed to my interests and following and interacting with all the popular lesbian blogs and early "influencers"

I think I can say 2012 was one of my happier years and one that I look back on fondly. Tumblr was fun and at its peak, I was having so much with Homestuck, I met my ex on here, the internet was so much more peaceful and positive and it really felt like we were progressing as a society with LGBT rights

Fandom was a safe space with so much creativity and community 😭 Of course, there was discourse. There still is, but it's a lot more prevalent and you risk getting doxxed now
