If you're going to have one thing in your aid to practice it would be this damn ball. It vibrates and is about the size of a softball and actually has broken down the scar tissue and 3 year old knots in my calf that gave me so many problems and my shoulder has been bad and clicks so much and after using this my shoulder doesn't click. From @the_southern_yogi - So most of you know my struggle with lower back stiffness and soreness. I've been visiting the chiropractor almost every week for years. When winter comes it just seems to enhance the problem and any sort of bending in my practice feels almost impossible. Enter @hypericeusa.
