Feeling Lucky

Some days I have to sit back and realize how lucky I've been to have worked with so many awesome artists, photographers, musicians, etc. I feel like as an artist I've been given so many opportunities to help someone see a vision come to life. What an amazing feeling. Thank you to all the talented people in my life for being great and letting me experience part of your creative process.

Settle, a band started by a few friends of mine, allowed me to play a role in this music video they made! It was so much fun and I got to shatter a mirror in the name of art.

Dylan Wells wrote this song and had me record some vocals. Then he made this video which featured myself and some awesome babes. This was so much fun and the video is ridiculous. 

My sister Jessie and I have been doing photo shoots and creating art together forever and she's taken some of my favorite photos ever of my friends and family! She truly has a talent for capturing genuine moments in people.

I've also had the great fortune to work with Liz Kreitschmann who I think has captured me in some of my favorite looks. She also helped me connect with some great people, including the awesome stylists at Blue A Hair Studio which allowed me to be in their ad and also made me look super badass!

I also had the privilege of working with Laura Gore, a super cool clothing designer, model, and artist. She let me wear so many of her creations and we've had so many fun shoots together!

I also worked with Danny McGee, and he made this awesome photo!

Josh Koenig took some really cool video and film photography of me a few years ago. We explored West Philly suburban scenes in lingerie. 

I had the pleasure of modeling with some really nice people for Juston Stens & the Get Real Gang. The photos turned out really neat and we got to look like rock stars which is of course fun.

Most recently I've been working with Rosie Simmons. She's up-and-coming and doing such cool things! She's so nice and has a great eye! I can't wait to see all the great things she does! 

Over the past 6 months I've also been helping my good friend Darren Methlie with a video project he's been working on about Goldilocks Gallery and the people there. He's captured Kamal and I in some loving moments and so many beautiful people in such a great light. I've loved being able to work with the people at Goldilocks and watch the artists around me grow. It's truly been wonderful.

These days I get to make things with the coolest girls ever! I am so so happy to have these wonderful women in my life. Creating art shows and events, clothing, jewelry, installation art and so many other fun things! I never thought I'd be so lucky to find such a great group of people to share ideas and time with.

I feel so blessed to have these great friends and people who have let me share their creative process with them. I feel like these creators have given me a great gift and I'm so happy to have worked with them! I can only hope my life continues on a path of fun and love. I'm so grateful for the support of my friends and family.
