August was at Flora and Fauna since he needed to get some new flowers for his place. He had a couple of things in mind, but needed the perfect thing for the summer season quickly approaching. He looked over at the woman who had slipped her card towards him and he couldn't help but laugy a bit when he saw what she did. "Okay, listen. I'm not and I don't think I am ever going to be of assistance to you in that realm even when I am getting married." He admitted to the other.

It's not like she needs the extra clients... summer coming around has more and more blondes filing into the salon each day, begging for beachy highlights and sun-kissed bayalages, but Chelsea's rarely satisfied unless her schedule is overbooked. Turning to the person nearest to her, she extends a sleek business card with her contact information and the words 'bridal makeup artist' with a raise of a groomed eyebrow. "Say, you wouldn't happen to be getting married anytime soon, would you?"

"Does anyone ever come to a paint and sip just for the painting? Because I know honestly that I am more so here for the sipping part and I am not ashamed to admit that because well.. I don't care." He laughed as he smirked softly. He heard what she had to say and then he nodded and pretended to pick up the brush and paint with it.

Sitting at the bar with a drink in his hand, August needed to do some relaxing. He was sitting net to someone who was going on about roommate's and the weirdness of who he was asking about. "Wow.. I honestly didn't expect to have this conversation tonight but uhm." He thought to himself for a minute before he answer. "I mean I would say that I would love an animal as a person but I don't know about something exotic like a panda. I think maybe like a cat or dog or reptile, ya know?"

Spencer was a couple drinks in, but it didn't really change much about him. The random questions that would come out of his mouth were the same thing's he would say while sober as well " Maybe a panda bear roommate isn't that bold. Well lets really think about this then. If there were no rules or limits and reality didn't matter who or what would you want to have as a roommate?" He noted before finishing his drink. " Like would it be a person? or an animal? A mythological creature. Edgar Allen Poe's ghost?"

Love seemed to be the thing that everyone in his family but August seemed to receive. He was an outcast from the day that he was born and he didn't know why he was seen as an outsider, but as he got older he began to realize that there were many different reasons why he was treated like crap. As he got older he realized more and more that he looked a lot different than his siblings. That would be because he did not share the same father that his other siblings had.

It wasn't something that they talked about in his family but it was clear that August was the outsider of his family. Another thing that set him apart from the rest of his family was the fact that he didn't have a blue collar job like his father and siblings. He didn't like doing that and actually spent quite a bit of his time in the kitchen. He had some friends that he liked hanging out with and they would watch Hell's Kitchen or Masterchef with each other and then recreate some of the dishes that they saw on them. When his father found this out he actually beat the crap out of August and told him that only gay people liked to cook and that it was a womans job. 

August couldn't take anymore from his father. He got a job while in high school working in a restaurant so that he could save up some money and get out of his house. When he graduated college, nobody except for his brother showed up to support him. August decided to pack his bags up and he took off, heading to Aurora Bay to try and find his birth father and maybe some other siblings that he may have out there.
