Btw, sorry if I sounded angry. I was thinking maybe it sounded too harsh, it's just I saw your post about trans headcanons (calling out another post) and I was glad, but then saw that and I wish you could modify it? I'm a trans male, and I've always felt uncomfortable in yaoi fandom because its obsession with dick, and saying "men with penises" sounds like only cis men are worthy or that trans men aren't real men. That's not how attraction works, you don't know what is in anyone's pants.
Don’t worry about the tone, you did sound angry but it’s okay.
Like I said, when I wrote ‘men with penises’ I wanted to include trans men too, because if they identify as men then they are 100% men to Aphrodite (and to me).
But to have sex with a person (and yes, this is how sex works) you also have to feel attracted to the sex organ of the person you want to have sex with. Aphrodite can feel romantically attracted to a transgender male who hasn’t done the sex change operation, and he will consider him a real man. But he’s not sexually attracted to vaginas, period.
This doesn’t mean that all women and all transgender people without penises aren’t worthy to him, that’s ridiculous to even think! What does worth have to do with sexual orientation? Nothing!
I think that in your post you confused romantic orientation and sexual orientation, or even general attraction overall. But I hope that everything is clear now, and in no way I wrote that out of distraction, or I didn’t think about what it meant.
You could still ask me: but why are penises so important to Aphrodite? Why can’t he feel sexually attracted to a vagina?
The answer is: it’s just the way I see him. Doesn’t have to be the right way.

Umm... could you change Aphrodite's sexual orientation? The phrase "likes men wiith penises" for something less transphobic towards trans men like idk cisgender males or something? I can't believe the same person who wrote that long post about trans hc could write something so hurtful, offensive and... well, stupid, like penis is the only thing Aphrodite cares about a man? WTF
Okay, first of all:
1) The phrase men with penises does not equal to cisgender males. In fact, I purposedly used it to include ftm’s who also did the genitalia/sex change operation.
2) Aphrodite does not only care about penises, obviously, but if we are talking about sexual orientation, and not romantic orientation, then the sex organ has to be taken into consideration, obviously. My Aphrodite only feels attracted to penises, although it doesn’t matter whether the person having it is a cismale or a transgender male. That doesn’t seem offensive to me, that’s how sexual orientation works. It depends on the sex organ.
3) If you don’t headcanon Aphrodite like I do, it’s fine. My headcanons are subjective. Everyone has a right to interpret him differently. But you can’t call one person’s sexual orientation ‘offensive’. If I were a straight female, I don’t think my lesbian friends should feel offended by the fact that I do not feel sexually attracted to vaginas.

I want you to be my waifu. Would you like to?
I am confused. If ‘waifu’ is a kind of a slang for ‘wife’, then I will have to decline, because my heart already belongs to someone else.
Although, if your interest in me doesn’t stop to a meaningless etiquette, and if you think it would be reciprocated, I would very gladly enjoy your presence sometimes in the twelvth house.

He felt grateful towards Shura, whom had accepted his explanation with little to no uncertainty. He wasn’t like Deathmask, whom would agitate himself swinging his arms and wondering out loud how could one child live off of scraps and little pieces of fruit every day. Once, he even tried to feed him. Aphrodite spit food in his face and almost risked to melt the skin off with his saliva.
Aphrodite looked at the money, then took it, because he rarely touched credit (he rarely went to buy groceries), then gave it back, a little impressed.
He was about to ask Shura why didn’t he want to go and meet villagers, but kept to himself and thought of one or two reasons. The boy was so different from him though, he could have guessed wrong.
“Look at the time. Everyone is going to be inside their homes, right now. In the pisces village as much as in your village, right? I remember they told me there weren’t more than a hundred people, there. We won’t meet anyone. But why don’t you want to? Do you think they will know who we are? But they don’t know anything. We look like normal children.”
He smiled. His white, perfect teeth were as unreal as his hair, blue as a cloudless sky, skin as pale as a full moon. He didn’t look like a normal child; frail, feminine, and yet with such elegance in the way he moved himself. But he didn’t know, because he had only spent two or three days among civilians since he was three and was taken away from his Teacher.

CAPRICORN SHURA “I thought you put your life on the line purely for personal glory. I believed that all human beings fight only for themselves”.
CANCER DEATHMASK “Definitions of good and evil change with time. You see, Rōshi, though the Pope’s actions seem evil now, history will vindicate them”.
PISCES APHRODITE “What could the infant Athena have done? It’s the Pope who’s kept peace in this world”.

Aphrodite couldn’t believe him - they hardly did anything all day, usually, besides training. Some of them locked themselves in the library and studied their ancestors, and the myths and legends on Athena and all of the other Gods. Some others asked the Pope to send them outside, and most of their pleads were rejected. Aphrodite asked himself what would change now. A sudden curiosity struck him. For the first time since Aiolos was killed, he felt happy. Things would change. Maybe for the better, who knows?
He blinked; he hadn’t answered to Shura and spent thirty seconds looking into a blank space.
“Oh, it’s- it’s different, for me. I don’t need to eat as much as other people. I don’t even like it!” He raised his shoulders, pursing his lips together. This time he was lying. There were sudden outburst of hunger that nearly made him faint. He thought about his favorite foods and cried out in joy at the thought of eating them. Sometimes, he thought he remembered the things he used to eat with his family: fish soups, baked potatoes, cinnamon sweets that his sisters baked, and longed for them. But every time he took a bite, he immediately felt nauseous. Felt like locking himself in the closet and staying there forever.
“But if you want, we can go to the nearest village. We could buy something. Do you have any money?”

“It smells like you.” Aphrodite giggled and lowered his arms. The sleeves were too long, and covered all but the tip of his fingers. For one split second, he felt like he was trying too hard, like he was trying to force his way into Shura’s heart through his apartment and his clothes. Despite the heartache and the preoccupation, he continued with the same light, happy behavior which was working so good and it made Shura smile already twice that day.
He brushed Shura’s shoulder as he passed through the door and went straight to the kitchen. “It smells like salty mountains or something.” He added, just because he was thinking of food. “What do you have that you would like to eat?” He opened the fridge: some old, ruined celery sticks, one lemon and a half, one plastic bottle of milk which Aphrodite could guess was expired since three years. That was it. No one had really went shopping for Shura; most of all, Shura didn’t. “It’s no good!” He protested, closing the fridge with some force, looking at Shura with furrowed brows and an ironic smile. “You will lose all your muscles if you don’t eat properly. You will become like me. Less woman like, but- less men like too!”

I thought of you <3
Give me a villain who truly believes 100% that they are doing the right thing. Give me a villain who believes in their cause with all their heart and soul. Give me a villain who shows true, utter anguish at the thought of their plans being ruined. Give me a villain who is desperate to win because they think that their work is what will save us all. Villains never think their villains. Give me a villain who acts just like a hero.

[Shivapav - kid Shiva] The future Peacock Saint was so curious about this Gold Saint, she was so beautiful and perfect. "Why?" She asked to herself but enough to let Dite listen him. "Why you are so pretty?"
Aphrodite blinked and laughed, with a clear voice, and a fake modesty in the way she covered her mouth. She sat on her calves, so that she was as tall as the little Saint. Then she started playing with the other’s hair. “You know, you’re the first that asks me why. I don’t know, for sure. Why do you think people are born prettier than others?”

“No hay conquistador capaz, de doblar tu valor, Inca, eres hijo del sol, hijo sos del Dios, Inca.” That high-pitched, warm voice filled the silence between them of an ironic connivance: they stared one another. There was no difference between the air in the room and the air outside, everything was flat and round; and so there was no difference between them and their lodging, between the music and their feet in their dirty shoes. Two words from Angelo were enough to tie every floating thought inside of his mind, every limb which now obeyed with complacence. Aphrodite felt himself melt into the pavement, slip into the Peruvian soil, and make it fertile, open and alive all around the building they were in. Tomorrow’s sunshine would have revealed it: buds and sprouts and the roots of life to adorn an otherwise desolate landscape. One look from Angelo and his Cosmo thrived.
Aphrodite walked up to him, the only discordant thought arising when he touched himself and felt the stickiness; he wanted to have a wash. His body was burdened with Angelo’s assassination. He took Angelo’s hand when he was close enough, and pressed it against his thigh. Usually Angelo would have been warmer: but Aphrodite’s pelvis was already filling with blood and his skin boiled. Not often he could find such thrist for sex in Angelo’s face, but he was quick to recognize it, since it was so dear to him. “I know you wanted to touch it.” He leaned in to whisper into his right ear. “Maybe even lick it.” In his left ear. He kissed it ever so gently, then his voice took a serious note. “I don’t like having it on me, though.”
[Closed]
A scratchy Soy Rebelde welcomed them back home. The choruses and flutes came from a small rusty radio leaning on the counter of the doorman, together with the doorman. He was sound asleep, and must have been as old as the radio. Aphrodite’s nose filled with overcooked meat, the air was hot and it infiltrated under their clothes like sweat. His saddened eyes looked at the sleeping old man, which laid his bald head on fat, red arms with grey hair, and snored like it was his way to say ‘welcome back, señores’ and found peace in his unconscious serenity. The guilt had almost vanished. The two men were killed: what was done was done. The mission was finished and now there were just him and Angelo, with Ynka Huasy as their only witness. That strange music cheered him up, and they went up the stairs with an easy silence. Death didn’t linger between them like an unspoken fear, and unspoken shame: it was something they shared, like a hobby. Angelo was lighter than usual, Aphrodite noted: his clear eyes were warmer, and not because of the hallucinating temperatures Peru reached. He walked behind him, like a tamed dog. Aphrodite fought with the lock, even though he could probably break into their room by pushing a little harder against the door, but Angelo’s telekinesis did the rest and before he could turn the key, they were in. The walls were greasy with the same smell of cooked meat from the bottom floor – but in time, Aphrodite got used to it and didn’t complain once. At least he had cleaned up most surfaces and got rid of any unnecessary animal and insect population. “Honey, you still hungry? I think they’re still open downstairs.”

Strange how people find it useful to lean towards the Greek-Roman culture from old centuries when they find it fit to explain their points of view, but scold people who use it to help build headcanons and even exhilate people for this from times to times. Congratulations for being a live example of this (in this situation of the fandom). Yet, since you mentioned: pretty men in that time meant "strong chin and jaw", delicate features were seen as a bad traits for men. This is just an up-heads.
I have problems understanding your post because the word “exhilate” doesn’t exist. One thing that I can understand though is that you’re accusing me of ‘scolding people who use Greek-Roman culture to help them build headcanons’ which has no sense whatsoever because the original post (piscesnoaphrodite’s post) hasn’t even mentioned greek-roman culture so... whose headcanons greek-roman based did I condemn?! On the contrary, I advocated the absolute liberty of headcanon-ing as long as it’s politically correct. If you didn’t understand my post, I suggest you to read my reply to that other anon, in which I explained it clearly. Really, I can’t begin to understand how did you come up with that accusation. If you don’t have arguments to support such accusation, how do you expect to be credible? pretty men in that time meant "strong chin and jaw"...Which time? During greek-roman history, standards of beauty changed throughout the years, it was never just one. It’s true that in certain periods, especially in the Roman society, effeminated men were seen in a bad light because after the Golden Age (emperor Augusto Ottaviano) the idea of virility was restored and laws against homosexuality publicly exposed were enforced. But... what does this have to do this my post? I merely used Greek-Roman culture (which is a big umberella, generalising term) to explain that transgenderism and cross-dressing were present in the culture and so it was pointless saying that Saint Seiya character’s cultures didn’t allow them to be transgender/crossdressers, since, historically, Greek-Roman culture totally allowed people to be transgender and crossdressers, as much as they sometimes condemned it.

You spoke and spoke and said nothing in your post, just repeated yourself. It looks more like you are trying to pick a fight. Just like you did on the other post with where two people were talking among themselves and you jumped in with a "moralist" speech. You used tags of "everyone should be queer" and this is an offense to cisgenders, but no one jumped on you for this. Why don't you back off? Everyone has the right to have their opinions. Furthermore, you read way more than what is written.
“You spoke and spoke...” Actually, I took the original post and divided it into sections and dealt with each of them separately: - the use of inappropriate expressions - the use of circumstancial situations to support one’s headcanon - whether there needs to be a certain personality type in canon to depict a character as transgender/crossdresser- whether the character needs to come from a certain culture in canon to be depicted as transgender/crossdresser- closing remarks regarding transgender/crossdressing freedom of representation.I hope that you can read my post again and understand it better after this brief analysis!“It looks more like you are trying to pick a fight...”If I wanted to pick a fight I would have insulted people, which is something I never do because I always search for mature confrontation and healthy discussions. I really, really hate fights. The case you are referring to is the same. I was actually joining a friend of mine, whose opinion was basically the same as mine, and stating my opinion without any presumption of it being a ‘moralistic’ opinion.
“You used tags of "everyone should be queer" These were my tags:#APHRODITE IS QUEER AND EVERYONE COULD BE TOO #JOIN THE QUEER SIDE WE HAVE COOKIES #STUPID TAGS FOR SERIOUS POSTS ARE MY THING #DITE: HEADCANON #STUFF #DASH TALKI wrote ‘everyone could be too’. There’s a difference between could and should, look it up in the dictionary. Should implies duty (imposition) and Could implies possibility (freedom). Are you really so desperate to find arguments to support your opinion that you will twist my words and pretend I said something seriously when I said something else and called it a joke myself? My tags are there, everyone can read them freely.
“Why don't you back off? Everyone has the right to have their opinions.”I never told anyone that they weren’t free to express themselves: you are saying it to me right now. So this phrase is one hell of an oxymore!I replied to the original post exactly because it was telling people that they didn’t have the right to depict characters as transgender/crossdressers, for reasons which I refuted in my answer.
“Furthermore, you read way more than what is written.”Are you the one who wrote the original post? If not, you have no way of knowing more than me what the writer meant and what the writer didn’t mean: moreover, I already explained that I strictly replied to what was written and If you have doubts let me send you to the beginning of this reply.
