Because I rocked the #vote today and it feels like spring, I’m in a mood 🍹☀️ Random things in my bare bar made for this perfect #welcomespring #cocktail #CitrusSoda •5 dashes of Orange Bitters (Fee Brothers) •Rosemary Sprig •1 1/2 oz of @youandyourssd Sunday Gin • 1/2 oz orange liqueur • 3/4 oz fresh squeezed orange juice • 1/2 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice • 1/4 oz simple syrup (optional) Muddle the leaves of rosemary with bitters (I actually used a mortar pestles to pulverize it 😜). Add to cocktail shaker with gin, orange liqueur, juices, and simple syrup (add as much or as little you like - I made my first without and loved it). Shake it all up with ice for about 30 seconds. Strain over ice in a nice glass and top with Club Soda. Garnish with orange wedge and rosemary. https://ift.tt/32OtJlv
