Sooo… my queer weird western, COWBOY COVEN, will be published in 2027 by Quill & Crow 🤠

This book has been through a lot. It started off as a novella and was picked up by a small press, but they went under before doing any work to the manuscript. I took that opportunity to rewrite and expand the book into a novel. I recorded myself reading the entire thing so I could get some advice from a friend. It’s been a strange journey, but I’m happy my witchy cowboys have found a home. ✨

Introduction

Hi! I’m Stephanie Sanders-Jacob (she/they), a horror author from Ohio. I mainly write satirical, sweet horror and weird fiction.

Pyramidia, my pyramid scheme horror novel, came out last year. It’s sapphic and silly. 🩸🫖

Dropshipped is coming out this month! It’s a study of toxic masculinity and is also a zany creature feature (like Gremlins)! 📦

My first novel, Singing All the Way Up, is about alien abduction. It’s a bit more serious than my other books. 🛸✨

I’m very passionate about queer horror. I run a queer YA horror press called Squirm Books. I collect Furbys, Labubus, and vintage paperbacks.

Right now, I’m beginning to plot out a horror romance 🖤 I’m also querying a few manuscripts including a weird western and one about a cursed hearse. Hopefully they will find homes soon!

So, yeah. I’m excited to be back on tumblr!
