Κι αν ήταν να γίνει ποιητής, κι αν ήταν να μην γίνει τίποτα... πάλι, μόνο που θα υπάρχει τ' όνομα της, θα υπήρχε στον κόσμο ποίηση. Και κανένα βιβλίο να μην έγραφε και κανένα ποίημα κι ούτε ένα στίχο να μην αράδιαζε... πάλι έφτανε. Η ζωή είχε πια το νόημα της.
