Name change and many more

Grimmed-vessel > Autumbrus Don’t panic! this is still a hollow knight blog!! It’s just going through a bit of a revamp with a new name to Hallownest to suit its new rulers and the new lore which i’ll explain fully through time!

The new rulers being Umbra (Shadelord) and Unn

Vessels and grimmkin also have been renamed Vessels > Abyssians Grimmkin > Patchworks/Patchbats

Personal opinion on the pale king?

He’s something. Powerful but also a bit of a dumbass in the canon. I feel he could of handled things better like instead of sealing the vessels away, he could of just brought them along as well. I see no harm in it.

My opinions before were strongly hateful and i didn’t give him a chance to be developed into something i enjoyed and explored into until recently.

My PK is a sassy jerk with a bit of an ego but is extremely caring to all his kids.

Been a while since i posted stuff on the blog, here’s some updates!

Massive change to PK’s story and backstory: In the past he was caring and kind to the Hollow Knight and soon started having regrets in his plan and attempted to change things, he now planned to free the vessels from the void while fighting the Radiance himself and put a stop to it. However Valentine(THK) was stubborn and continued on with the old plan themselves, capturing the Radiance and sealing themselves away with her. After his revival PK turned himself into a vessel with the help of Shadelord in an attempt to start making amends. Papa Grimm is still alive, just without the nightmare heart. He still runs the grimm troupe and continues to entertain others with his performances.

So, what does Unn think about what’s happening in Hallownest? Does she have any opinion on Wick or what Wick’s mother did?

She is pleased that Hallownest has become peaceful yet again but also not as pleased to know that gods are being distrusted. She thinks Wick holds great potential into becoming something that can break the unease between higher beings and bugs. She understands that Wick isn’t her mother and that Wick is but a baby, still learning to be a good person.

She is very unhappy with what the Radiance did. No one should force their religion onto someone.

Does Unn dislike the PK?

She is neutral on the matter, she’s displeased by his actions but understands what he tried to do to help Hallownest. She’s willing to let him make amends if the other bugs choose to do so as well.

How are the grubfather’s Kids doing?

Very well! The grubs have transformed into moths and are now living adult lives!

Grubfather is now Grubgrandfather, he’s now retired from basically being a living cocoon.

3. What is the quickest and best way to cool your muse down?

Give her food and some gentle pats, that’s the easiest way to calm her down. But if she hates you, you might need to have someone she trusts to calm her down.

Does wick like pets?

SHE ABSOLUTELY DOES! She’s the most cuddliest of bugs and always yearns for affection.

Wick

She baby... oh my god she’s so small.

She will grow faster if she eats infection aka radiance goop. She will throw a fit if she goes without food for long. She’s able to dive into the dreams of bugs and communicate with bugs telepathically.

So, what’s tamer’s reaction to the things that happened in Hallownest, like the PK and Tiso’s revivals, Wick’s birth, the death of the infection, etc.

Oh boy so here’s the funny thing. She doesn’t know anything about that because she honestly didn’t care. The only thing she has noticed that some of the infected enemies in the colosseum became uninfected and passive.

She did however get the story from Valentine and Tiso later on, having the two explain everything to her. She was really surprised to know that Tiso was dead for some time.

Tamer looks like she got throw into a wood chipper. Oof, poor girl.

She’s been through a lot since she was basically raised at the Colosseum of Fools. But she wouldn’t want you to be sad about her scars, she’s prefer if you admire them and ask where she got those. She LOVES telling stories about where she got all her scars, she’ll go into such dramatic detail to entertain you with the story as well!

Within the future of the blog where i start answerings asks with drawings, i’ll be sure draw her doing some dramatic story telling to entertain an anon =)

Tamer and... Cuddles

Tamer, the battle scarred veteran warrior of the Colloseum of Fools and her massive menacing beast, Cuddles. She’s lowkey in a relationship with Tiso and always comes to spar with him on his time off.

Cuddles is, well they’re very cuddly when they’re not fighting. Always yearning for affection and will try to get onto your lap even if they’re like 14ft and weigh god knows how much.

I have a headcanon that the PK gets to be called a worm By HIS OWN KIDS every time they come to visit. Yeah, what the PK did was absolutely f**ked up, he deserves to be called a worn and disowned, how he’s not dead yet is another mystery. Most of his kids hate him, and he’s good a dying, so why isn’t he dead a second time. Yeah, I ramble, and I say what the PK did was f**ked up, he deserves a lot of hurt coming his way

Yeah most definitely! Even Valentine joins in on those shenanigans and PK just gives them this look of betrayal because why would his most trusted child do that to him?

But after some time he grew used to it and lets it slide, until the kids find another creative insult to annoy him with.

6. What is the easiest way to piss off your muse?

Call him a worm or maggot and he’ll instantly throw a tantrum and try to lecture you on how he’s neither of those things, and if you keep calling him those things he’ll scream

Romeo

What happens when you mix a Boofly and a Bee? you get this giant cutie. Romeo was raised within the hive and treated like any other bee even if they stand out a bit. Due to his dolice nature as a Boofly he’s in no way a fighter or guardian, instead he’s a gatherer and babysitter for hivelings.

13. Is there any time of the day they find themselves angrier then usual?

Usually during the night she finds herself angrier, it’s cold and lonely during those times. But most of the time she’s usually asleep during the night since she would have tuckered herself out during the evening already.
