The trick-or-treaters are here..the real ones. They aren't wearing costumes - Halloween is a night they can be who they really are, warts and all. Things aren't always as bad as they seem, and when they are, there is often a chance for growth and rebirth - someway, somehow. Some find their strength in their darkest hour, realizing if they can make it through this alive they can make it through anything. There are many lessons in the dark, in the mundane too, just as there are lessons in magic. The trick-or-treaters are real, they don't need to peel away a mask to find an answer. Monday August 21st 2017: Today I drew Witch at the end of the World: An Important end, a new beginning from #oracleofshadowsandlight, Tail of Mossy Gold from #mythsandmermaidsoracleofthewater And the knight of pentacles from the #deviantmoontarot( for the new moon!) Todays message is self-care. The mossy gold mermaid reminds us to take care of our physical bodies inside and out (but not to get obsessive) and the witch at the end of the world is an ally in empowering us to know that we are capable of banishing bad habits and transforming ourselves in positive ways. The knight of pentacles is the tarot card for this new moon and offers us the challenge to be diligent in our self-care. Happy new moon witches. 🌜
