man this is cool

In honor of the epic finale of Legend of Korra, I made a 95 frame hand-drawn gif. This is my magnum opus if you will. I’ve spent around 15 hours choreographing, teaching this to my co-performer for reference, performing it, editing the video, separating it into frames, drawing the actual animation all while using the separated frames as reference, and then actually converting it into the gif. So without further ado, here’s the epic bending battle.
