Every day lives

i always woke up around 8-9 to cook some breakfast,then after breakfast i’ll do some things like excercise,playing games, while waiting for lunch then after eating lunch i go to sleep then wake up around 4-5 to eat some snack then workout(gym) then rest about 1hr-1hr 30 mins before we eat dinner. that’s all

Music Review

Two weeks after releasing the music video of “Paubaya,” award-winning singer-songwriter Moira dela Torre is now ready to share the story behind the whole thing.

According to Moira, former reel and real couple Joshua Garcia and Julia Barretto were already on her mind just after they finished the song.

“We already knew that we really wanted Josh and Julia to do it,” said she. It was easy because she has been friends with both for years. “And just becoming friends with them and getting to know how good they are, how kind they are, how professional they are — it was that time also that Jason (her husband) and I started becoming their biggest fans on and off-screen. We love them so much Though she pointed out that even without the friendship, she and Jason would still be the duo’s “biggest fans.”

“And I am really, really happy that it was them. I can’t imagine ‘Paubaya’ having any other actor,” she said. “You could really see the new relationship that Josh and Julia have found and the freedom they found also being on set again. And also us, just watching them, seeing our story come to life. We really learned so much.”

Moira also talked about the script.

She said the plan was to make wedding vows to parting vows; putting the lines of the songs all throughout — that promises freedom in total forgiveness.

She related that just because two people didn’t end up together, it doesn’t mean it was a failed relationship.

“We can also choose to see it in a way that ‘Wow, I got the privilege of knowing and loving and learning from this person even if it was just for a short time,'” she said. “We can choose gratitude over bitterness. We can choose joy over pain. We can choose freedom over guilt and we can choose love, and we can choose forgiveness.”

In terms of releasing it on Valentine’s Day, she said it’s simply because it’s the day of “love.”

“And a lot of us feel that love is staying together but sometimes love is setting people free,” she noted.

In the description box, Moira thanked everyone who showed their music video so much love.

“Thank you for walking with us and listening to our stories from the Patawad, Paalam Trilogy down to Paubaya. Thank you for finding the beauty tucked in the words of the album that speaks about healing, freedom and forgiveness,” she wrote. “Good things come to those who wait. And beautiful things happen when we put our trust in God.”

Online Gaming 

Online gaming is one the fastest growing trend in today's generation. Keeping kids in mind, it is both useful as well as harmful for them. Hence, it is not advisable to keep them totally away from gaming. You could be doing them more harm than good, by banning them from playing games online.

In this post, we shall talk about some of the solutions to make online gaming a safe and enjoyable experience for children, by considering their benefits and drawbacks.

Few disadvantages of online gaming for kids are:

Internet is an open place where you can access a vast amount of information. Kids may download games from less reputed sites. As a result, they end up downloading spam, viruses, malicious software etc.

Some people out there are always trying to find ways to take undue advantage of kids. Kids are fooled and cheated and can also be abused and harassed online.

Now some advantages:

Online gaming makes the kid sharper and mentally more active. The games generally have various levels or missions to be completed in limited times. This helps the kids in learning about time management.

Mind and hand coordination. This is one of the main and important advantages that the kids experience while playing online games. He/she learns to coordinate his/her mind with the actions of his hands. While executing those actions, they also develop mental strength.

Kids tend to become socially active, as they interact and play with complete strangers online. It helps them in their social life too.

Even though gaming has some drawbacks, parents can still protect their kids from becoming victims to online attacks. Since it can still be very useful for kids, parents should avoid banning their kids completely from playing games online. Rather, you will need to make some strict rules to be followed by kids.

For me my insight is online games maybe sometime good sometime not it depends to how we use the gadgets.

i conclude that maybe we had a age limit in using phone or limit the time they’re using phone or else.
