Mental health journal:

About two weeks ago my medications were switched. Adding clonazepam to the mix, adding 70 ml vyvanse (because Concerta made me forgetful) and keeping seroquel and Paxil dosage the same.

While I’ve been feeling okay, today I’m just drained. Did not eat until about an hour ago because I wasn’t hungry, or with any kind of mood to eat anyways.

I climbed to the top of our house, and I wanted to stay there. Experience some freedom I guess.

And I’ve been hitting myself (accidentally) quite a lot today, just like my mind and body wants to hurt me because I won’t do it myself.

Ps: I bought a little drop Bottle of 750 mg of CBD yesterday, I have no idea how to start.

To be honest I don’t even feel like translating it.
