Many of these practices have an adverse impact on their health. Salman Khan was one of the first actors to sport chiseled body onscreen in his films. He continues to do that. That is his USP. However, the actor has complained of ailments related to health because of the same. Many actors like Kunal Kapoor, Randeep Hooda, and Aamir Khan went on stricter workout schedules to lose weight and then gain weight over the course of a few months. And that led to severe health problems for them. Rana Daggubatti, who had to work up a bodybuilder image for Bahubali was asked to lose it all for his next film The Ghazi Attack. When actors make these altering changes, they become more prone to injuries. Unfortunately, such unhealthy gym trends are on the rise.

Randeep Hooda’s nutritionist recalls the nightmare he turned into for his movie Sarabjit. In order to get into the body of a tortured prisoner, Randeep had to lose all his muscles and sustain on a completely low-calorie diet. The horse-loving actor would go for riding in spite of warnings. Though he did manage to look all starved onscreen and Sarabjit became one of his best performances, his health deteriorated. Randeep could not eat even after the shoots and his weight kept on decreasing. He had developed, what experts call an eating disorder very common in people these days, and had to be force fed. It was only after a month that Randeep Hooda was back to normal. His nutritionist swears she wouldn’t recommend that type of body change to anyone!

Building body quality and achieve a strong constitution is, definitely, a solid practice. Notwithstanding, it needs to accompany singular readiness and body writes. Abhay Deol back with a blast with seven movies this year. Abhay Deol completed his strength in content-based films rather than the general business sensations which is the reason he`s fairly off the standard remarks.

Here’s some Latest news  Abhay Deol for  fans! The actor spent last year setting the stage for five films that are in post-production and now. Well! He has signed two more recently. Abhay has just wrapped up shooting with Brendan Fraser (of `The Mummy` and `George Of The Jungle` fame) for the film, `The Field`, which is a thriller based on the land mafia in Delhi. The actor will be seen getting into a cop avatar in the movie.

Meanwhile, the actor is working on another out-of-the-box dark comedy, Nanu Ki Jannu that will hit theatres in April 2018. The movie is an afterlife love story and stars Abhay and Patralekhaa in leading roles.

From the start of his career, Abhay has always taken chances with his career, even when it comes to working with first-time directors — Imtiaz Ali, Reema Kagti or Navdeep Singh. Five of the seven films he’s working on currently are being helmed by new directors. Talking about it, the actor says, “I’m very excited, I love working with new talent. My endeavor is to raise the bar with every project I do.”

 Post the comedy, he will complete filming for JL-50, a Canadian production in Hindi. He will then start working on Sahlath, which will go on floors in June.

Sridevi Death; It wouldn’t be an understatement to call Sridevi an icon. The lady was born to rule the silver screen. Born as Shree Amma Yanger Ayyapan in the year 1963. 1.Border, (1997) –

Border released in 1997 is a cult patriotic movie based on the 1971 India Pakistan War. The film was directed by JP Dutta, a man who is famous for making patriotic war based movies and had multiple star casts including the likes of Sunny Deol, Sunil Shetty, Akshaye Khanna, Jackie Shroff and many more. The movie made every audience cry with its song “Sandese Aate Hai” which depicted the emotional side of Indian soldiers and how they selflessly fight with the enemy of Indian country. The movie was the biggest blockbuster of 1997 and also won 3 national awards. Till today, Border is regarded one of the best patriotic movies ever made.

2.Lagaan, (2001) –

Directed by one of the most eminent directors of Bollywood Industry Ashutosh Gowarikar, Lagaan was released in 2001 and was based during the British era. The Cruel English people imposed a heavy tax (Lagaan) on the poor Indian villagers for a barren land and the Indian villagers led by Aamir Khan had to fight against the British for the taxation by playing and winning a cricket match, which at those times Indian were not known to play. The mixture of Cricket and pre-independence struggle accompanied by excellent direction and a great display of acting by Aamir Khan and Co makes Lagaan one of the hot favorite patriotic movies among the Indians.

3.Swades- We the People, (2004) –

Another masterpiece by Ashutosh Gowarikar Swades, released in 2004 was a fictional story based on the real life of Aravinda Pillalamarri and Ravi Kuchimanchi, a couple who returned to India to develop the pedal power generation to light up remote village schools. The movie with the best patriotic background score by the musical maestro A.R Rahman and the brilliant display of the emotions which goes through a person who lives outside of his country by Shah Rukh Khan is one of the best patriotic movies ever made. However, surprisingly the movie did not do well at Box Office, which till today remains a sad story for the Bollywood Cinema.

4.Chak De India (2007) –

Sports and Patriotism in India go in hand to hand. On the top of that, if a good movie is made on sports and patriotic feelings, it is going to be a sure shot blockbuster. Same was the case of Chak De India. Based on the theme of Indian Hockey and their journey from the underdogs to World Cup Champions under the coach ship of the famous character Kabir Khan played by Shah Rukh Khan, Chak De India will always have a special place in the heart of every patriotic Indian audience.

5.Rang De Basanti, (2006) –

A splendid movie with themes of patriotism, youth, revenge, and corruption, Rang De Basanti was the coming of the age patriotic theme movie directed by Rakeysh  Omprakash Mehra with Aamir Khan, Sharman Joshi, R Madhavan and Soha Ali Khan in pivotal roles. The movie touched the heart of the youths and is one of the best patriotic movies bollywood ever made in the history of Indian Cinema.
