I’ve been going back and forth trying to decide if I wanted to open myself up and share this. I ultimately decided to share it because there may be others who need to see these notes of encouragement just like I did. I am seeing a psychiatrist, yet again, to deal with my mental struggles. I went to the restroom where saw this in the first stall and started crying. It was such a good feeling to know in that moment I am not alone in this struggle.
