Writing Prompt

So this is just me throwing things out there, but imagine a two kingdoms, one light one dark, or just opposite things ya know (fire, ice) (historic and fairytale idk) and in between these two kingdoms is a sort of veil or clear wall so to say. The two kingdoms were always at war so the ancestors maybe witches put the wall up. A boy and a girl, (or bxb or whatever floats ur boat) each from diff kingdoms keep in mind, meet each other. They are like maybe 7? 10? They become best friends and eventually fall in love, but one day when they both turn thirteen, the boy comes back the wall but the girl never returns. The boy goes home and never comes back.

until

timeskip when they r like 20 now the ruler of the light kingdom (or whatever kingdom u decide) is standing on the hill with her army. And on the other side is the dark king (or whatever kingdom) with his army the two rulers ride their horses to meet in the middle just them. But when they see each other they realize it’s the little girl/little boy they met a long time ago. They end up talking, and when they kiss, the barrier breaks, and then idk what but yeah hope u like my idea
