Perfect practice makes perfect! You don't have to practice hours a day to make progress- be efficient. Break your practicing up into smaller sessions throughout the day and make goals for each one. We all tend to want to play the music that's easy for us over and over, but focus on the more challenging sections. Become a detective and figure out what it is that's difficult: Do you need to practice just the left hand? Do you need to practice that run at half tempo? Do you need to isolate those octave slurs and focus on your air support? Or maybe you need to study the score while listening to a recording!
