Rest In Piece Stan Lee

I have been trying all day to put something into words for him, but there’s no point because words will never do him justice, they never did, so he created something better. New people and a universe that some of us couldn’t find ourselves living without. He made something that no one has ever made before, and he let us all be a part of it. We’ve laughed at Tony’s sarcasm, awwwed at Steve’s pureness, and cried at some of the most painful deaths known to movie history, and all of it was a gift from Stan Lee. He knew of his fans and how much of an impact his heroes had on the world, but I don’t think he ever could really grasp just how much they meant to some of us. Just how much he meant to us. It will be hard not seeing him in some future marvel movies, but when I say he will never really die, I mean it. He has left behind something far greater than all of us, a legacy that holds an entire galaxy! We will miss you so much Stan Lee, thank you for everything.

Peter and MJ

Peter walks into on the first day, dazed and slouchy from being up all night because a local robber broke into some houses in his neighborhood and he had to handle it, but while “handling it” got a good gash above his eye.

Anyways he walks into first period, and it feels weird without Ned glued to his side.

He seats himself at the back and struggles to stay awake and the teacher reads from the handbook.

“Attendance!” she yells midsentence scaring the B’jesus out of Peter who bolts up and stares off into space waiting fro his name to be called.

Then he hears the name Michelle and sits up a little straighter.

As if on cue she waltzes in, her hair a beautiful thing of frizz, her oversized NASA shirt tucked into her bleached jeans.

She nods to the teacher, “I actually go by MJ”

Her eyes scan the room for a seat, the teacher motions to a desk up front,

MJ nods but just walks to the back of the room to sit next to peter who is fully awake now.

The teacher rolls her eyes and continues as MJ pulls out a book, that seems to be the only item in her bag.

As the teacher begins to read again from the handbook and Peter steals a glance,

Sensing this MJ doesn’t move but just days “You look like hell.”

Peter not knowing what to say to this stammers for a minute and MJ finally looks up noticing how the tips of his ears turn red.

She keeps from smiling and narrows her focus on the cut above his brow.

“That looks bad.” She declares and shuffles around in her bag.

“Just a scra…” Peter notices her pull a small aid kit out and stops, surprised. “You carry a first aid kit around. Why?” he asks.

“Because people are stupid and always getting hurt,” she nods to his head, “nice job on being living proof of my reasoning.” She says as she tosses a band aide at his face.

Aunt May had already tried to get him to wear one but he refused, but for some reason he put on the one that MJ gave him.

He struggled to put it on and without warning she leaner her long body over, placing the band aid on him surprisingly gently.

As if just realizing her actions she stopped, and looked down to meet his big Dow eyes. She stayed for a moment completely still until he smiled a lopsided grin.

She pressed the rest of the band aid on a little harsher before yanking back to finish her book.

What had come over her? And why was he so cute?

She continued to read, but for the rest of the class she felt his eyes on her, and for once she didn’t mind someone staring at her.

NEVER FADE

Ok so I’m just going to talk throughout my journey of these series. One thing that I need to say, it is underrated something fierce!!!!! I can’t with how small the fandom is and all you out there a part of it, I love you, stay close and help our baby grow. Just finished book two.

·         So excited, Vida is everything I didn’t know I needed

·         The moment we met Cole Stewart I was instant trash.

·         Just when I thought Ruby was turning pretty fierce and into a feisty gal, (what a change from the last book) in came blue haired Vida with all the attitude and anger in the world.

·         There was so much of Vida’s trash in the book that I loved, but the fact is I just need more.

·         Clancy is back, how dare he make Jude cry and turn a gun on Vida!

·         Have I mentioned Cole?

·         I knew I liked Cate!

·         That whole scene in the gas station where Liam just pours his heart out.

·         Ruby Tuesday, babe, you are no monster!

My thoughts are all scrambled, I feel like I just lived an entire other life with these amazing people. I was so into it and then I got to the ending and holy crap guys! Jude…. Sweet sweet Jude, who was left behind to fade away in dark silence absolutely killed me. I was not expecting that and I am still in somewhat denial. Just started book three though, so we’ll see how this train wreck goes.

MEET THESE PEOPLE I CREATED IN MY MIND

Levi is a tall teen of the geek group. No glasses, just freckles. He is very chatty, despite the minor social awkwardness he has. He loves coming up with super hero names and adding on to the plot lines of his favorite hero stories but gets angry when any one labels it as fan fiction. He is gullible but only in an emotional way, he is an equal mix of both geek and nerd so mentally trying to stump him won’t really work. His initial set for friends accepted him only out of pity, but over time they became quite attached and protective of their new gawky friend with light brown hair and a strange action figure obsession. He’s funny, but not when he’s trying to be. Always in the mood for fast food, or any kind of food for that matter. He is adorably oblivious which is sometimes an easy road to happiness and small worries, with his fun mind, sweet heart and overprotective friends, there are little troubles for this character.

(So what I love most is making characters, so I am just going to put this at the bottom of everyone of these kinds of post where I describe them, because it’s fun and hopefully it will inspire some of you guys and get those creative juices flowing. If you find some ideas you like, awesome! Just please don’t steal my characters, thx.)
