Friends said it was tumblr worthy and that tumblr needed this so... here’s a little something i wrote because of a sudden urge to write after listening to a song

It’s 12:58 am and because of this song i want to go running right now; like badly. I can feel my heart racing. Wanting my pulse to coarse through my veins and just feel alive. Just in that moment. As my pulse is getting faster and i’m taking in all the scenery and fresh air; when i finally stop to breathe as the tempo slows to the song, i just feel so alive. When i’m running i can get lost with the music and forget about the causes of my stress, anxiety, and can just unleash all the anger and emotion i have hidden away for too long. I can just release myself from the tight grasp of reality. And i can just let go of all that unnecessary negativity i have thrown at me constantly because well ... you get that a lot in life. But when i’m running, i feel free. I feel free like when a wild beast is finally unchained and released to roam free where they always belonged and left unattached from being human entertainment. Because it isn’t the wild beast that i am afraid of or disgusted with but the creatures who choose to call themselves human. They call themselves ‘human’ but show not an ounce of care and are the ones who cage and chain the unknown for their putrid entertainment and because they’d rather have something unknown that seems frightening to their kind to distract them from the monster that is themselves of which they portray to be but hidden away as a disguise to soon be the shadow of their own demise. So they cage and chain the wild beast because they themselves are held down by unknown forces which cling to them and en-cage them. Only wishing they could be free like the wild beast without any restraints or attachments from their own ‘monsters.’  - T.M.V
