I've been writing songs on and off again for years, now looking to start a band if the drummer/jam space gods allow it. 

Major influences would be bands like Sloan, Pavement, early Weezer, Deerhoof, and Spoon.

You can listen to recordings here: https://soundcloud.com/wolfpigeon/sets/demos -- they're all Garagebands recordings with drum beats I made, so I hope the ideas carry through despite my lack of home recording and musical ability.

Goals are pretty modest: play local shows now and again, but mostly write and record music together for fun. 

Looking for a drummer, bassist, and lead guitarist. I'm 30 years old, bandmates around my age would be awesome.

In honour of Sloan touring "Twice Removed", here's a cover of "Penpals".  

I think a cover has to try some thing different with the song, and I hope I at least achieved something interesting in idea if not execution.  Mostly just happy to be back on the music makin' bandwagin'.
