So the latest update, huh? Voice actors return, new Ancient & Beast costumes, and a teaspoon of existential horror to put it all together!

But instead of any of that, I just drew a couple cookies, along with a Cookie form for Dallie! Meet Berry Swirl Cookie, the paintbrush-wielding protector of the Brave Trio, because I can never have enough scenarios where the Brave Trio's essentially adopted by one or several older Cookies. XD

Tis' the birthday! Reached a milestone... once again. Now the big 3-0. I would write a whole retrospective of my twenties, but it would take up multiple read mores, lol.

Let's just say, there were a lot of ups and downs. A whole dang roller coaster. Lots of positives happened, but also negatives, too. And in some rare cases, those negatives spun around into positives. Unexpected surprises were certainly a running theme in this decade.

It's wild that I can no longer say I'm in my twenties, but I still feel young, ahah. Still a long way from being considered a Gerson, that's for true...

Thus, we got Nerdling here contemplating how I'm already in my thirties, the only way he knows how. Silly Nerdling, you're supposed to eat the cake!

Late as it may be, I refuse to end my Koopa Week without the heir to the throne himself!

Years in the future, Bowser Junior's grown into a surprisingly mild-manned prince. His father's boldness and temper hasn't gone anywhere, sometimes fueled by nervousness about the crown and kingdom he'll one day call his. Luckily for him, his brother-in-law's always happy to lend an ear!

What kind of koopas are the koopalings? Like you mentioned Dal being part poison koopa and part boom boom. And in Iggy's tags on his entry for this week mentioned he's an electric Koopa.

The tag for Iggy's entry was actually for the Koopa that was with him. They're based off one of the enemies from Super Mario Sunshine called, well, Electro-Koopas! The red ones, to be specific :3

I used to have specific subspecies names for each of 'em, but nowadays I don't really see myself using them outside of "Poison Koopa" for Dal and "Dragon Koopa" for Bowser and his family. Maybe I'll use different terms for the gang one day (Iggy's definitely keeping the Electro-Koopa title for that), but I'm not making any promises =w=

Ludwig: Unspecified. He has no particular affinity and studies multiple types.

Roy: Barriers, plant manipulation, and tracking.

Morton: Construction and destruction.

Wendy: Elements and binding/trapping.

Iggy: Electricity.

Lemmy: Illusions. This includes optical, auditory, and olfactory.

Larry: Soundwaves and hypnosis through music.

Junior: Teleportation, reality warping, and prophetic dreams.

Ludwig is... unfortunately also late. Though I doubt being late for his part of Koopa Week is what's bothering him so much.

Kids make dumb decisions. Even the smart ones, like Ludwig. The decision to run away with Lemmy in order to find the latter's favorite circus was probably the dumbest one by far. This Sledge Bro's concerned questions seem to strike a chord in Ludwig's mind, though... chords that make him realize he doesn't want to go back home...

Lemmy's here after a bit of a delay! Looks like he got distracted when he learned the circus was in town!

As soon as he was old enough to toddle, Lemmy would eagerly run on shaky legs to the nearest Jester offering balloons. The little Koopa kid told one in particular that he wanted to be just like them when he grew up. While that dream never became a reality, the decision to run and find that same circus changed the life of both Lemmy and his dear older cousin...

What are your 10 best headcanons for Wendy?

Okay, Wendy headcanons, let's go!

Like her segment for this year's Koopa Week said, she was hatched and raised on Isle Delfino by Nokis. The Noki in the picture is her mom, but since she was sorta raised by a whole community, she calls multiple Nokis her parents without anyone batting an eye.

Her magic is centered around elements (water, fire, ice, etc.) and binding (trapping people with her rings). She slowly realized she could use magic when she began noticing how things around her reacted to her mood (fire blazing more when she's excited, water turning to ice when she's moody, etc.)

Her first magic surge happened shortly after she made it to a port town on the edge of the Koopa Kingdom. Since she ran off without telling her parents and it was her first time going off on her own, her anxiety slowly grew until it became too much to bear, with her unstable magic quickly freezing a fraction of the town. She encased herself in an ice shield and was later broken out by Kammy.

She adores Kammy and sees herself as Kammy's only apprentice, much to the latter's delight. Wendy's desire to impress Kammy can get a bit overwhelming at times, though, with her eagerness eventually leading to an explosive potion or two. Or four.

When she learned what happened during the events of Sunshine, she was livid with both Bowser and Junior. After snapping at them for polluting the island, she refused to speak to either of them for over a month, followed by dragging both of them to Isle Delfino to issue a formal apology to the island as a whole.

She and Roy have a shared interest in botany. Roy mostly focuses on plant care, while Wendy focuses on a plant's potency in any type of potion/medicine/what have you.

As a child, Wendy loved collecting seashells and turning them into various kinds of jewelry to sell to tourists. By present day she doesn't do it much anymore, but still looks into various DIYs to try out later... whenever "later" decides to come around.

Her human form has wild, unkempt hair because, much like a certain girl living in a haunted mansion, she has no time for girly things like that. ...Okay, she still washes it, I promise.

When attending any sort of party or social event, she's usually off to the side with Ludwig. ...At least until someone else starts a conversation; then she's chatting away like it's nothing, one wouldn't even think she might be a bit of a wallflower like her brother.

She's very sentimental and holds onto gifts from years past for as long as she possibly can. You give her a goofy stuffed toy from the fair? It's still in her room over a decade later. You'll have to pry that plushie from her cold, dead hands.

Roy's taking a lovely forest stroll on Day 6, and what better way to tour the forest than on the back of a dinosaur?

Even as a young boy, Roy always had an amazing sense of direction. He never once got lost on his home of Dinosaur Island, not even the twisting paths that made up the Forest of Illusion could confuse him. That may be why this Dino Rhino is so calm; even if it doesn't know where it's going, its rider sure does!

Iggy's more than ready for his turn on Day 5, showing off a rather shocking display for his "robo-buddy," an Electro-Koopa!

This Woohoo Hooniversity student was among the few willing to give little Ignatius the time of day, mainly due to their immunity to this cloudy-eyed Koopa's constant electric shocks. If they knew just how much power Iggy held, they might've thought twice before letting him get near the inactive Mecha-Chomp guards!!

Day 4 was as easy and refreshing as a summer's day breeze, and I'm sure little Wendy would agree with me!

Wendy Opal Noki-Koopa was originally raised along the shores of Isle Delfino, with her happy-go-lucky nature brightening the days of her Noki mother. Not a week would go by without a visit to the beach, where Wendy would gather her latest batch of seashells for bracelets and necklaces. Tourists just loved them!

Looks like Kamek forgot to lock the door to his study for Day 3, 'cause Morton's managed to sneak inside for an early magic lesson!!

The first couple of months after Bowser was given custody, Morton would bury himself in books, even ones that were too advanced for a child his age to read. But from the looks of it, he can read incantations alarmingly well! Better stop him before he rearranges an entire wall of bricks without trying...!

Every hobby has to start somewhere, and for Larry, his musical intrigue started when he was a baby. His parents' record player had his little hatchling heart, and one could argue that the first things he ever learned how to read were the sleeves listing his favorite songs.
