Maki

Maki would feel so, so bad...she would constantly blame herself at least everyday while trying to come up with something to make up for it.

This girl is damn rich and her mother is a nurse, she can and she will pay for your hospital bills, regardless of what you say. She will not take no for an answer.

 She would stay beside you while you rest in your hospital bed, shyly holding your hand while she presses kisses on your forehead whenever she can.

She can be intimate only if it’s private, she’s not that very big in PDA and gets embarrassed whenever Nico catches her kissing you, she will tease her until the end of the day.

Anyways, she really starts to be extra careful with you whenever you can go out again. 

Ruby

She will never stoop crying tbh. You’d have to reassure her constantly that you forgive her. 

She’s gonna try to make you feel at home by bringing you sweets everyday or even handmade cards that she wrote out in order to express her love for you.

She’s really shy in showing affections, but she’s really good at writing them, so a letter will do for her.

constantly tells you to “Ganbaruby!” while you recover.

Yoshiko

Just like Maki, she’d also constantly blame herself, saying stuff like “her demon powers weren’t strong enough to protect you”

Yeah stuff like that.

She’d go on and on about how she was too weak to protect you that you had to shut her up by giving her a lil smooch on the nose.

She freezes up, then gets so flustered lmfao

Anyways, after you’re done recovering, she’d give you a charm so that you can always be safe....and so that you’ll always remember her no matter where you go.

Riko probably realized she has a crush on you when you were both alone in the music room, her playing the piano and you sitting beside her, watching her play. She has grown confidence in playing for you because she’s comfortable around you. 

At some point, you both were engaging into a conversation and you somehow ended up laughing at something she says. She pauses for a moment, her heart suddenly flutters at the sound of your endearing laugh echoing in the room. That was when she knew,, she loved hearing you laugh, she loves talking to you and she overall loves being with you in general. She didn’t even try to deny it, yes she was embarrassed by it, but she knew she eventually has to tell you somehow. She doesn’t know how or when though...so she seeks advice from aqours. Which is not exactly a good idea.

You (Watanabe) told her to take you out on a cruise date, Chika told her to take you out on a picnic to a place full of oranges. Dia and Ruby told her to take you out on a idol merch shopping spree. Mari told her to take you on a really expensive restaurant...damn you rich people

Eventually, Riko had to turn their ideas down because she wanted a simple yet special confession where you can always remember. Then it hits her,, she had thought of confessing to you by playing a song for you in the music room you two always hung out in when she’s not doing idol stuff. Since that was when her feelings formed, she thought it would be extra special and meaningful for her <33

I know, kinda vague, but I want you to have some fun with it and be creative! I don’t really have any specifics, whatever you make will be awesome!

I had fun with this, even though it’s not one of the best fics out there. I hope you enjoyed nevertheless!

“Cliché”

Ayumu nervously drummed her fingers at the bench she was sitting. Ever since she asked you to meet her at the top of the rooftop, she had been feeling nervous and jittery.

She didn’t know why, but she suddenly had this urge to confess her feelings to you, and look where that took her. Sure, the rooftop confession is kind of cliché and an overused trope, but she didn’t know how else to confess to you. She also likes it plain and simple. But also special.

That’s why she used the place where you two first met.

Ayumu took another huge inhale, trying to calm herself down as she tried to take another round of rehearsal. She had been rehearsing internally on what she was supposed to tell you that she didn’t notice you approaching her.

Ayumu snapped out of her thoughts, finally looking up at you and she felt her heart skip a beat. 

“ ‘Yumu-chan” You called out, walking near her. She swears that every step you took, her heart just kept racing faster and faster. “Is there something you wanted to tell me?”

“H-huh?” Ayumu stands up abruptly, “W-what do you mean?!”

You giggle softly, “Well, you called me out here...meaning there’s something you wanted to tell me?”

Ayumu’s eyes widened, “Oh yeah- Of course! Totally…” It feels like all her rehearsals had gone to waste as she immediately forgets what she had to say. You didn’t seem to mind though, you were always patient with her. You were always there during her shortcomings, and that was one of the reasons why she first fell for you in the first place.

Sure, it sounds pretty cliché, but it was the truth.

“I…” Ayumu started, making eye contact with you, only to look back down. Her locking eyes with you was already hard enough and her confessing to you whilst doing doesn't make it any better.

Ayumu squeaks something you didn’t quite catch. Her eyes were both screwed shut, hands clenching the hem of her skirt as her face was colored red.

“I-I’m sorry…” You leaned forward, “W-what was that?”

“I love you!!” She suddenly blurts out, causing you to take a step back. Her sudden outburst surprised you, but as soon as her words sank in your mind, it was your turn to blush.

“A-Ayumu-”

“No wait!” Ayumu cuts you off, her hands flailing around your face, “I-I didn’t mean to! I-”

You smiled, bringing her in a tight hug.

She stops panicking for a bit until she starts to register what was happening. She starts raising questions in her mind. Why were you hugging her? Are you going to reject her? Or do you accept her feelings?

Her answers were somehow answered when you pulled away, though you kept the small distance.

“ ‘Yumu-chan…” You started, eyes locking into hers, hands cupping both of her reddened cheeks, “I love you too!”

Ayumu nearly choked on her words, she really couldn’t believe it. Was this real? Is this a dream? 

“ ‘yumu-chan you’re staring”

“E-eh?!”

You giggled, pulling her back into a tight embrace. Only this time, she hugged back happily, tears pricking the sides of her eyes due to pure happiness. Sure, this isn’t the confession she pictured in her mind. 

It was cliché, but she doesn’t care. She was finally happy to call herself yours. And you to call yourself hers.
