I love fics where the whole core guard is just getting abused, and like  I can enjoy a good fix it here and there, but I don't want this to be fixed, I want all the guards to be sad, I want them to be miserable, and I want them to be angy, more specifically I want  Fox to be all these things and more and than never get better, I love fics where the GAR causes problems for him and than he gets angry, but they just keep ending up hugging it out and fixing it. 

One fic made him have a panic attack after being touched and they just kept hugging him, until he stopped freaking out, and he was cool with that, hell no, I want Fox to be angry and sour and rot under the floorboard like a pissed off dying rat caught in a trap that wasn't even meant for it.

I want a Fox who's been trapped taking care of fresh cadets and spoiled 'rich I can make you disappear with thinking about it,' senators and is angry about it. I want fics where the GAR straight up gets guards decommissioned (without even knowing it) and than getting screamed at  I want guards to come down to 79s and spill about how one senator slit a shiny open like fruit in her office, because she saw more people than usual complaining about him, I want pubfights and "i hate yous" thrown around like spitballs in a classroom, I want guards angry at GAR batchmates for abandoning them and leaving them to rot, I want these guys to be miserable.

If I were to describe a character as "a soldier in a cloned army, forced into a military police leadership position he's woefully underqualified for, in space on a city planet, with a shitty boss who turns out to be secretly evil, and he's overworked and tired all the time but his lighthearted and funny friends balance it out" you'd think I'm talking about a sci fi podcast, but no, it's a fucking Star Wars character with a grand total of three and a half canon appearances and maybe two combined minutes of dialogue, and one small cult following with extensive fanon

If there’s one thing I am, it’s a Fox defender. If some of you are out here defending the wrongs of Darth Vader, Darth Maul and now even Count Dooku after TOTJ, I can absolutely be a Fox apologist. He barely did anything wrong compared to those three. My boy gets vilified constantly and I am tired of the slander. He was only following orders. 😞

Idk why what happens to him in the end isn’t more talked about bc personally I find it devastating. He never got to experience even a second of freedom for his entire life like a few of the clones after their child were removed AND he had the shittiest job during the war too bc he had to guard Palpatine of all people AND he meets such a horrible end. I just think he deserves way more sympathy from people than he gets.
