This will probably drown and disappear between all the gifs of Jungkook’s crotch, but can we talk about how BTS is so chill with their image. Like, other kpop idols and their managers would think twice before they send their rappers on stage SINGING. But they did it and they had so much fun with it. (I swear Hoseok could be great with some lessons tho ahah) 

But seriously they switched all the roles and did something out of their comfort zone (except for JK and Jimin maybe, those two are way too familiar with hip thrusting) and that was just so amazing to see. I love groups who obviously won’t put their ‘image’ before everything else and just like to be their own, jolly selves. 

Aaaaaah, thank you for this, BTS. ‘t Was a memorable day.

BTS' 'Most Beautiful Moment in Life, Pt. 2' Returns to No. 1 on World Albums

The chart accomplishment is the first time a K-pop album has spent multiple weeks atop World Albums. 

Making a strong case as the K-pop act to watch in America, BTS manages an unprecedented feat with their latest album earning a second week atop Billboard’s World Albums chart.

In its sixth week on the chart, the boy band’s The Most Beautiful Moment in Life, Pt. 2 zooms from No. 6 to No. 1 for its second, non-consecutive week atop the ranking. While many Korean acts have topped World Albums in the last few years, BTS is the first K-pop act to have the same album spend more than one week on top.

The feat is also notable after Pt. 2 bowed on the Billboard 200 when it dropped in December, the first appearance for a K-pop that isn’t under SM or YG Entertainment – Korea’s two biggest record labels.

BTS fans clearly got a lot iTunes gift cards this holiday season as the septet has two more albums in World Albums’ Top 10: The Most Beautiful Moment in Life, Pt. 1 returns in at No. 4 (after peaking at No. 2) for its 10th, non-consecutive week on the chart. Meanwhile, their 2014 full-length Dark&Wild flies back to No. 7 (after peaking at No. 3) for its 10th non-consecutive week on the chart. A slew of boy bands including EXO, GOT7, Seventeen and iKON also hit the chart, but BTS reign supreme this week.

Billboard recently named The Most Beautiful Moment in Life, Pt. 2 one of the best K-pop albums of the year, while we also named its lead single “Run” one of the best songs in K-pop from 2015. The group recently ended domestic promotions for the LP.
