Where would an anonymous person (me) go to sell (get money in exchange for goods) a suspicious (suspicious) amount of benzoyl peroxide (dry) (suspicious) without any questions asked (annoying)?

I truly find it difficult to fathom what would be called a "suspicious" amount of benzoyl peroxide. but my first bet would be to sell to the Thinktank enclave, they'll take basically anything if they think it could be turned into some sort of novel reagent. beyond that probably just sell the bulk to an underfunded Simic facility. they'd absolutely be willing to skirt a few laws if it means they'd have extra antibiotics on hand.

Thats 4 square miles now protected under precinct laws e1.72-f9.0. Thats 19k guildless now protected under the No Raise Raze act! Over 10k homes those bumpkins can’t smash without violating the guildpact! Get absolutely FUCKED!

Bio: Born in the Temur Frontier of Tarkir, I found myself lacking in comforts and pleasant company that would not throw me to the ground as part of a sport I did not wish to partake in. After developing a talent for whispering to ancestral spirits, I found myself mourning the difficulties these souls had encountered in such limited bodies, and as such when I found an Omenpath that led to somewhere I could learn far more about how to properly give a soul a proper vessel via biological modification, I abandoned the Temur, though my healing abilities allow them to justify not fully rejecting a rare visit I may indulge when an Omenpath is convenient.

So... I've been staying in the 10th district for a while after coming through an Omenpath for about 2 months now from Avishkar, what's the immigration process like?

Theres little to no required paperwork for guildless citizenship, but keep in mind that guildless citizenship greatly diminishes your powers of protection, home ownership, and medical coverage. Getting an entry level position at The Conclave, or Senate is my advised way of becoming a protected citizen. Registry can be filed at any local guildhouse. To become established in your community, I would look into local events and festivals; many streets have monthly ones.

Not like its our fault. Once its inevitably approved for reapproval and before high approval, it will need be weighed in on by public stance, and altered accordingly. This is why we can't get the law approved for, example, Berningham Street in the 9th District. The local Rakdos representative threw a hissy fit and, of course, didn't even consider agreeing. Between cross checking, revisions, approval, reapproval, public consciousness weighing, final revisions, high approval, rejection and appeals, yes. It takes a while. Of course, we could skip all these processes and go straight to legitimization with emergency powers. But it seems the only things Ravnica hates more than The Azorius working slowly, is The Azorius working quickly. So thats a no-go. Your frustration is valid and understood, I am here to explain why we work so slowly.
