the insane experience of missing a fictional character . like you can always go back and reread the book , replay the game , rewatch the show or movie , you can always go back & see them , but you can never experience them & their story for the first time again . its absurd to miss them because they'll always be there , but you'll miss when there were still new things for them to say .
for a small time they were real & growing and changing and you hung onto every new word, but now all they can do is repeat the same story forever&ever & they're not real anymore because you know everything they're going to do. & you miss them. its fucked man...

My name is Aisha, a mother of eight children, struggling to survive in the midst of war and destruction. We once had a home, a place of warmth and safety. We had a small butcher shop where we earned an honest living. But the war took everything from us. The Israeli army destroyed our home, and an airstrike bombed our shop, leaving us with nothing—no shelter, no income, no security.
My widowed daughter lives with me. She lost her husband to the Israeli army, and her child has never seen his father. My youngest baby, only seven months old, suffers from a sebaceous cyst near his ear that requires surgery, but I cannot afford the cost.
Every day is a fight for survival. We search for food, for shelter, for a glimpse of hope in this endless darkness. My children need clothing, they need food, they need a chance at a normal life like any other child in the world.
I am reaching out to humanity, pleading for help. Any support, no matter how small, could save us, could bring back hope to our shattered lives.

& also i fear its time for my second year journal. i still cannot accept that this year ended already and so many of my friends are graduating (have graduated?) and that it will be me soon 😁 i'm starting to feel very comfortable in where i am / where i am going but i fear rhis next year is going to turn all that on its head. i accomplished most of what i wanted this year- the major setback being the college magazine editor in chief position but its ok im over that. bigger and better etc
uhh what else professionally i'm still lost but like getting somewhere, yk.! my internships make 0 sense together but who caressssss. OH and the professor who i was scared of for most of first year is actually honestly so slay and rlly likes me now. 😓
i also do enjoy philosophy now, i rlly hope i keep enjoying it because thid next year i'll have to take more phil courses than ever which is scaryyy. so yes. its all scary and im just Doing My Best. 🤘
