After a slightly tumultuous two month lead-up, we’re finally ready to launch the Crips for eSims for Gaza Bundle! We’re so grateful for your patience and commitment to this important project, and we’re anxious to start moving resources to Palestinians surviving relentless bombardment and displacement.

The situation in Palestine has grown progressively more dire since the violation of the ceasefire, itself largely a political fiction fabricated by Israel and western governments profiting from the destruction of Gaza. The genocidal agenda of the settler state remains unchanged, and Palestinians are facing starvation, illness, trauma, and violence on an unimaginable scale. 

Crips for eSims for Gaza has been going strong purchasing and topping up eSims for thousands of families, activists, and aid workers who rely on this simple but powerful communications lifeline. Despite windfall donations early this year, they’re regularly spending into the red to ensure existing eSims remain active. It’s our hope that proceeds from this bundle can substantially offset the nearly $100K CAD/month spent directly on eSim activations.

Our base price is $16 USD. Every purchase we receive roughly covers the cost of a new eSim activation.

samah's original campaign and account are shared by 90-ghost, but it was shut down as her organiser's bank account was deactivated

unfortunately, ammar's condition in no longer salvageable by injection. the doctor has told her that ammar instead needs a cardiac catheterisation to regulate his heartbeat for the time being, until he is able to get a pacemaker

this process is extremely expensive - she needs $3750 in order to pay for this operation. as the injections are no longer needed she can add the $700 to this pool, but that is still an extremely high amount

the doctor has informed her the debris - what was translated as gunpowder - from the bombings has directly lead to deterioration of ammar's condition

ammar needs this operation done before next wednesday - this is wednesday for her, so for americans this would be next tuesday.

this means we have, as of this time of writing, now 3 days to raise this amount. please, please let's help ammar out for this

i know this is an extremely high amount, and my friends and i are not going to be able to pay this alone.

Holding Onto Memories 🎞️

There’s a strange thing about memories—sometimes, they feel like the only thing we have left. I close my eyes, and I can still see my family sitting around the dinner table, laughing at a joke my uncle made. I can still hear my mother calling me to come inside before it gets too late. I can still feel the warm sun on my face as I walked home from school, thinking about my next big dream.

Now, those moments feel like they belong to another life. The streets aren’t the same. The people aren’t the same. And I—I don’t know if I’m the same either. But I hold onto those memories so tightly because they remind me of who I am, of the love I’ve known, of the warmth that still exists somewhere in this world.

🌿 My Name is Rola, and This is My Story 🌿

I never thought I would be writing this. I never thought I would be begging for help just to keep my children warm, just to feed them one more meal. But here I am, reaching out to you, because I have no other choice.

My name is Rola. I am a mother of two beautiful children, and before October 7th, we had a life filled with love and laughter. We had a home. My children had their own room, filled with their toys and drawings. We would sit together on our balcony, drinking coffee in the early morning light. We had dreams, just like any other family.

But in an instant, it was all gone.

A missile struck. The earth shook beneath us. The air filled with dust and fire. My husband and son ran, stumbling over each other in terror. I stood frozen, the ringing in my ears drowning out my own screams. Our home was shattered—windows blown out, doors ripped from their hinges. And when I looked outside, our neighbor’s house, a place that once echoed with children's laughter, was nothing but rubble and ash.

That was just the beginning.

The bombs never stopped. Every night, I held my children close as the sky rained fire. The sound of explosions mixed with the cries of mothers searching for their babies in the darkness. I covered my children, whispering words of comfort, but how do you comfort a child who is terrified of dying in their sleep?

We had to leave. We walked away from everything—our home, our memories, the warmth of our life before. My children left behind their favorite toys, their books, their safe space. Now, we have nothing.

No home.

No food.

No clean water.

No way out.

I went to buy sugar the other day. It cost $20 for just a kilo. Food is disappearing, and the little that remains is impossible to afford. Every day, I fight to find just enough to keep my children alive.

I am exhausted. I am scared. I need your help.

I never imagined I would have to beg for my family’s survival. But today, I am.

the thing I find neat about this is that this doesn't require modding the actual game; animal forest e+ has its own "import DLC villager from e-reader card" feature, and those villagers are stored in the save data. so you can add custom villagers by just editing the save data, and that villager can theoretically exist in an unmodified copy of the game (here's a video about making a custom e-reader card to do that!)
