Calorie Dense Workout in 1 Hour
Equipment needed: treadmill
Instructions:
Find a treadmill
Get on treadmill and turn it on
Attach yourself to treadmill with the little clip thing (very important; if you start to feel light headed and start to fall, this shuts down the machine. Better to lose progress and make it up than to get hurt)
Set incline on treadmill to 13 (or higher)
Set speed on treadmill to 3 (or higher)
Walk for 1 hour (or as long as you can last) while watching your favorite movie, TV show, or YouTuber, or listen to music or a podcast
In the last 5 minutes, set the incline for 1 higher than you had it
Do a 5 to 7 minute cool down
Look at your calories burned in awe
Guys, this legitimately burns 🔥 around 100 calories every 10 minutes. That, plus the cool down, makes roughly 600 calories burned in 1 hour. SIX HUNDRED!!! Just a warning though, when you first do it, stick to an hour as your goal. If you try to do more in the beginning, you might feel extremely light-headed.
That's it guys. I did this and burned 614 calories, and then I went and did some weight lifting. Whatever you do after is at your discretion! Have fun!
