As a pregnancy and parenting consultant with over 20 years of experience, I’ve had the pleasure of guiding countless parents through the weaning process. In this article, I’ll share my tried and tested insights on when to start weaning and what signs to look for to determine if your baby is ready to begin their journey with solid foods.

Weaning is the gradual process of introducing solid foods to your baby’s diet while still continuing breastfeeding or formula feeding.
