You put my thoughts into words perfectly. I’m glad I’m not the only one who feels this way about the finale. It wasn’t a bad story by any means, and I’ve always been a sucker for bittersweet endings, but gah! What you said about something being missing rings true. Excited to see where the Evboverse goes next.

I waited with bated breath for months for the ending of PvP Civ, and upon hearing that it finally dropped I was overjoyed. However, the ending just left me feeling gutted and empty. Perhaps I was expecting some kind of moral lesson or resolution like we had with Parkour Civ; an ending where everything was wrapped in a pretty bow, leaving the audience fulfilled and at peace. I'm rather devastated after witnessing so many beloved characters die, experience no evolution, or have their arcs cut short. Of course, the series was beautifully made; every character had me invested and the story rendered me hooked, but I can't help but feel disappointed by its ending. I feel as though there are so many better things Clown could have wished for, that there are so many other ways in which things could have gone. I'm left looking ahead at a bleak future, especially considering how PvP Society parallels the needless violence and war we experience in reality. It was a very timely piece, and I figured maybe the commentary would teach a moral lesson of some sort. Maybe I should be less picky. Maybe I'm missing something. Nevertheless, it was another splendid production by Evbo. Can't wait to see his next series.
