Hey guys, send in really bad pick up lines to me and Wave! We’d like them for our thread that’s currently going on! Your character won’t be the one delivering them, mind you.

"Perfect." Wave smirked back, ready for this.

"Fine by me. Been feeling a little extra snarky." At the end of the impromptu planning, the two unsuspecting victims had made it to the bat and the swallow.

"Hmm." Wave pondered for a moment. "I vote for being little snots. What about you?"

She looked at Wave, then subtly glanced over to direction of said ‘Stupid and Stupider’

"We gonna indulge them or shall we just be little snots?"

Wave shrugged and ordered a water for herself. When she got it, she turned around and knocked her elbow into Rouge. "Looks like you might wanna be prepared for some bad pickup lines from stupid and stupider over there, hot stuff."

"It’s fine, Feathers." She gave a lazy smile as reassurance.

"Things can always change. Sometimes these places can be turn cheap and copout."

"Oh..." Wave felt embarrassed. "I mistook you for being around my age. I apologize." She shrugged.

"It was fine last time I was here." She told Rouge. "Of course you never really know."

"I never said alcohol Featherbrain! I’m only 17."

Rouge never really knew whether to be flattered or insulted when people misjudged her age.

"Water sounds refreshing. Hopefully it doesn’t taste dirty like some other places."

Wave stuck out her tongue. She didn't drink for the sole reason that she couldn't use her board afterword. "Yeah, I think I'll sit for a little. Get some water or something."

They danced for around 20 minutes, people started to dance around the duo

"Hey, Two-Tail! I’m gonna go get a drink!"

Rouge had to yell in order to be heard over the blasting music. She could use a break, not just from the crowd, but the music as well. It was starting to get to her.

"Ha!" Wave laughed in triumph. "That's the spirit!" She passed by Rouge as she went onto the lit up floor and began to dance like there was no tomorrow.

"Hey, I’ve been gone for a long time. Sorry for wanting to get used to the party scene again."

She stuck her nose up in the air.

"I am a party girl! You know what, fine. I’ll head on in with you." That ignited her passion. Now the party has started.

Wave just rolled her eyes again. She had a feeling she was going to do that a lot tonight. 

"Really? I took you for a party kind of girl." Wave shrugged. "Which is why I asked you in the first place."

"Not if you don’t have your board." 

She gave a small wave with a nod of her head.

"Alright, I’m gonna stay on the sides for a bit. Been a while since I’ve been on the scene."

"Please." Wave rolled her eyes. "I've got standards. And I could probably fly faster than you any day, twitchy." 

Placing her hands on her hips and beginning to wiggle her tail a little she looked over at the bat. "I'm gonna hit the floor."

Heels? That was a new one. Rouge put on a smirk of her own and followed in.

Hearing the blasting music and pounding bass, her ears twitched. Sensitive ears plus loud music. There’s a formula for an inevitable headache by the end of the night.

"Kind of surprised with the place. I was expecting it to be trashy. Nice pick Wingless."

Wave rolled her eyes. Tonight was obviously going to be a battle of the nicknames. "Then let's go, heels." She smirked as she walked into the building to be greeted with a beating bass and bright lights all around.

"Always ready, Bird Brain." She puffed out her wings a bit, as if to psych herself up. It’s been months since she relaxed with another person.

Rouge, or as Wave called her "Bat Brat" had agreed to a much needed girl's night out that the both of them needed. A girl could only fix so many boards before hating life. 

"This is a decent place as I recall." Wave said. "You ready?"
