Do you have giants in your life?
Everyone has problems in life! It is not a question of if but when! Trust God! Those giant problems people face can be overcome by relying on God and His strength. Relying on God makes people stronger, more secure, more confident. Some would ask, "Is it really that simple?" Of course it is, study the scripture and read the real life accounts of people who depended upon God when they were facing giants.
God wants to strengthen, and guide those who depend upon Him. (Proverbs 3:5-6). The Holy Spirit can help people deal with impossible situations.
If you haven't already, take the time to know God. Read about His strength in the Word, find comfort in an all powerful, all knowing, sovereign God.
Humble yourselves, therefore, under the mighty hand of God so that at the proper time he may exalt you, casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you.
