helLO little starshines!!! we’re speeding through the week now (right?? right??? if i say it often enough will it come true??) so we’ve decided to give you a lil mid-week incentive to keep trucking on!!

we’re going to give you two previews today: one of the mini-profile, and the other of part of the main profile page!!

sorry it’s massive, but this is how our mini profile looks when hovered over!! there’s a spot for an automatically sized rectangular gif (the other one will show up in the post template), your character’s nickname, birthday, sexuality, relationship status, and a link to their partner!! 

and this is the main information section of our profile!! while it contains most of the standard info you’d expect to find on a profile, you might have noticed that lil section down the bottom!! this is our character content warning, and it shows up both on the main profile and at the bottom of every post. what this is is basically a reverse trigger section - we’re going to ask you to list any major plot points of your character’s history or plots that may be triggering to other members. you don’t have to include everything, as it won’t fit at the very least, but please use common sense and courtesy!! if you have any questions about what to include, ask an admin!!

a casual note

hello our wonderful lil liars!!! we’re stoked with how stoked you are about everything so far - it only makes us more excited, if that’s even possible!!

as everybody’s making their way through monday (gross), we have two exciting pieces of information for you to help pad it out!!

the first is a preview of the app!! we released the code over the weekend, which you can find here, but this is how it will look! it’s pretty simple and there’s so much space for you to make it your own, so go and be great!! the rectangular gif in the bottom left will automatically resize and automatically colour, so no need to sweat about that one!!

the other little tiny tidbit we have for you (we guess) is nothing major, just our opening date!!!!!!!

we’re so keen to get this place rolling, but we’ve just wanted to make sure we have everything in place so you can get straight to it, and again again again, we appreciate your patience as we’ve worked this out!! after some discussion, bad liar will be coming to life on friday, january 26, at 3:00pm central time!!!!!

if you’re not central, this is 1:00pm pacific, 2:00pm mountain, 4:00pm eastern, 5:00pm atlantic, 9:00pm gmt, and 7:00am (saturday, january 27) aest!!! (or whatever your corresponding timezone is!!!)
