What are your thoughts on Kodaka adjacent games like Tribe Nine and Last Defense Academy? Can be answered by mod or one of the characters.

haven't played tribe nine, wasn't really interested in it

last defense i'm interested in playing but i didn't get it yet, because i don't want to spend 60 smackaroonis on it /_ \ and im currently playing bg3 for the first time so i wouldnt have given it the time of day for months,

I played world's end club (didn't like it, had potential but the gameplay wasn't fun, ended up selling my copy) and rain code (friend lent me her copy, was more fun? I had my issues with it but yeah, it was more enjoyable)

I think that might have just been an ad? I've had people confuse ads and posts on pinterest and reporting that to me before, but even then, I do sell my badlydrawn art as stickers on my redbubble here! if it was on anyone else's account then yeah, that wasnt me

Are you playing Hundred Line and if so how are you liking it?

I'm not unfortunately, but I've seen people say it's good and fun so I'm looking forward to trying it out in an estimate time of whenever the price drops (●'◡'●) I have had the demo on my desktop for a few months but I've been completely obsessed with playing other games, so I didn't try it out

I appreciate the concern but I can guarantee you, if I wasn't having fun updating this blog I wouldn't still be doing it! Even if I'm not brainrotting over DR anymore I still have fun doodling them for this blog every few months :] (also ty and same to you anon!!!)

How are they so expressive?? Pleek... Any. Tips...

exaggerate the shapes, look at what other artists you like do and see what you can learn from how they draw, keep in mind the squash & stretch principle for animation because it kinda applies to drawing funny faces as well & don't forget that body language can also help a lot
