i follow a lot of clubs & teams across a lot of sports, and i truly believe not a single one of them— no other football club & no other sports team in existence— will ever come close to liverpool football club when it comes time to come together, whether in celebration or grief or anything else. this club & city has never let me down in that respect, and i am confident it never will.

you won’t see this club or its fans plastering “liverpool is a family family” over its social media, because it doesn’t have it. we never have to say it, because showing it is enough.

we will live and die with this club.

man i don’t know. it’s so easy to sit here and say it was bad, or it was tasteless, but none of us have just lost a friend. i don’t like ai, but going after a guy for using it after he’s just been through so much grief is just not something i think is necessary. it would be easy to say i think it was fucked up to post the crash site, which is my opinion especially on how the media have handled this, but when it’s a friend/teammate that someone has just lost, who are we to criticize how they grieve?
