It was too comfortable for me to want to move. The only perceptible sounds in the deep silence were the air conditioning and Hoseok's light breathing. I was conscious but not at all. I was aware of Hoseok's arm under my neck and his body facing up, I couldn't see his expression because I was with my back facing him, but certainly, he was with his mouth shut and serene expression. All the sensations were good, even the feeling of the blanket on my skin. The sudden loud ding woke me up from my delusions, startling me. Who's on my door at this time? It's not any of the boys because they would have said they would come. I think it's too early for someone to come, but still, the doorbell was ringing.

“Hoseok”

“Hmmm?”

He didn't even move. I rolled my eyes, lifting up letting the blanket fall of my body. In total, I was wearing… nothing.

“Shit”

The insistent person was waiting for me downstairs so I grabbed Hoseok's clothes on the floor because I couldn't find mine. I don't even remember wearing something last night. I walked out of the room while dressing the clothes and quickly went downstairs, half asleep half pissed.

“Good morning, ma’am”

“Good morning”

“Sorry to bother you, but the person that delivered this told me to keep insisting until someone opens the door”

“Oh, alright don't worry” I smiled.

“Here”

He gave me a big vase full of flowers.

“Are you sure you delivered for the right person?”

“You're Ms Jung, right?”

“Right” I wasn't Ms Jung, but I could imagine Hoseok introducing me using his last name.

“It's for you, then. Have a nice day”

“Thank you, you too”

I've never seen those kinds of flowers in my life. They were tiny and delicate. The thing that distracted me from the flowers was Hoseok sitting on the last stair step, smiling brightly holding a little box.

season chronicles  chapter 1

a/n: a reminder that english is not my first language so please forgive any misspelling errors.

Months of traveling finally worth for complete my journey. 147 days walking on the snow and for some reason, the cold never bothered me. I never got sick or felt cold, it was like walking in a vernal garden, but quiet, white and blue.

I traveled all this time to find the hills. Between the hills, there's a castle; a gigantic castle made of ice and stone. Differently than my land, this land never had summer, only the comfort and coldness.

Looking the way in the distance, I should arrive at the castle before twilight, but I really wanted to see it from here. The colors entering into the icy walls, making everything beautiful and colorful. There's beauty in the ice. You can mold it the way you want, but ice can be beautiful in the natural form too, molded by nature. For some reason, ice always caught my attention, like a familiar feel; attracting me to go further and explore.

The kingdom was beautiful as ice, obviously. every single wall or construction was made of ice, stone and wood. You could see kids playing with snow and grey smoke coming out of the chimneys. In this kingdom, flowers look like snowflakes, all trees are white and blue. It never ceases to amaze me. If I walked closer to the family houses, I could smell soup and bread. The moon is coming, everyone is preparing for dinner.

Unfortunately, I couldn't take long as much as I wanted to explore the unknown land. I had to complete my journey entering the castle. The king required me from Seameadows and I have to know his reasons.

Following the path to the castle, a big fountain could be seen, its water forever frozen. I could see my own reflection in the frost water, my hair being lightly fluttering with the gentle wind blow. I could almost feel the water wanting to be free from the ice, my body pulsated with the feeling of water. Water cannot be contained, it likes to flow free. Sadly there’s nothing I can do.

Soon before the fountain, I arrived the castle gates and presented the letter that the King sent to me almost six months ago for the guards, and one of them was required to guide me for the throne room.

“The King is waiting for you”

I only nodded and followed the golden knight to the big opened icy wooden doors. There are winter gardens here and there, hallways full of paintings, enormous rooms with gigantic fireplaces. Suddenly the golden knight stopped to open another door, where it revealed a gorgeous and magnificent room. Ice columns and sculptures quickly drawing my attention, soon followed for the chandeliers beautifully shining with the twilight light through the ice. The back of the room had a five steps ladder which leads to two thrones. The biggest one was occupied by the most graceful person I've ever seen in my life. His hair was blue and his skin pale. He has a cold aura but warm coffee eyes. Something happened when we locked our eyes, it was like the cold finally found me and I was shivering, but in a good way. I melt inside and it was his fault. What is this feeling? I approached cautiously and kneeled down.

“King Taehyung the Brave from Winterlands” it was announced.

“Your Grace” I said.

“I waited for you for a long time” his voice sounded like music.

“Forgive me, your Grace. It was a difficult journey and I had to come by myself” I gave him my apologies with my head down, leaning my body on my knees.

“Please get up” the King ordered.

I lifted up slowly, but still showing respect not looking directly to his eyes and trying to avoid that strange tingling in my heart.

“How can I serve you, my King?”

“You descend from Water”

“Yes I do, but I have no power over the water”

“Believe me my lady, you have. You just need a little push and I need your help, this may reveal your powers”

“Of course, my King. Serving you is my purpose. How can I help you?”

“I need you to be my learner”

If I were with something in my hand, I would have dropped. My jaw was opened, if a fly passed by, it would land on my tongue.

“B-But your Grace, I'm not even a Lady. I-I am nothing, just a peasant. I don't have lands or gold, or even food every day”

“You descend from Water” he said decreasing distance between us “We need to unite our powers”

It hurt my pride and my feelings. So he wanted to teach me because of my supposed powers. I stepped back and for some reason, he noticed that I was hurt.

“No” he approached, making a quick movement to grab my hands but he let his hands fall again by his side.

“No?”

“That’s not the only reason”

“Huh?”

The King turned back to find his golden knight.

“Go and get Yoongi the Wise. I'm waiting in the library”

“Yes, your Grace”

“Come with me” the King turned and I followed him “I know it's sudden, but… I'm a bit desperate”

“For power?” I asked.

He turned around and looked sadly at me.

“No”

But he doesn't explain to me, just started to walk again. The way was long to the library. Wood, gold and silver furniture was seen all the way. I could see stories being told in tapestries woven with gold and cotton. I could see knights, horses and enemies, fighting and conquering kingdoms. I could see a love story and a beautiful snow queen. I wish I could have time to see all the woven art, but the ice King was walking with fast steps. Maybe he let me come back here someday.

“We're here”

I followed the King into a huge library. I've never seen too many books in my life. Almost forgetting about everything, I was excited to sit comfortably in front of the fireplace and read a dozen books in one day. Looking curiously around, a bunch of dark hair called my attention. The man was sitting in one of the armchairs. His arms were showing and his skin is paler than the King's.

“Yoongi the Wise, your knowledge was requested” the King said.

The Wise got up and revered his King. He was younger than I thought, but I decided to not question his wisdom.

“How can I serve you today, my King?”

“I want you to tell the lady about the prophecy” 

His insistence in calling me lady annoyed me a little. I'm not a lady and I'll never be. I don't even own the house that I live.

“Sit down, please” the Wise asked me.

I sat in one of the armchairs in front of the Wise. The King choose to walk around nervously.

“You prefer me to read or tell what I know?” the Wise asked.

“The choice is yours, it's you who will tell me the story” I paused “My Lord”

“Very well. I'll tell you with my words, furthermore I don't even know where that stupid old parchment is” behind the Wise, the King rolled his eyes “The prophecy says about ice and water. They both descent from Water but in some part of the time, they diverged and became two different tribes: ice manipulators and liquid water manipulators. It's said that the only descendant girl from water, have to unit power with the King of the Ice and water and ice will become only one again”

“And what makes you think it's me?”

“I've been watching you” the King suddenly said.

“Taehyung…” the Wise started.

“You are dismissed” the King said.

The Wise sent death glares for the King, but nodded and left the room. The King sighed and sat where the Wise was sitting minutes ago.

“For some reason I know the prophecy is about me. It's not as simple as Yoongi told. We have stories and legends about the chosen ones, stories told by sages and historians”

“And what they said?”

“It's not very clear, prophecies are never clear. As if it were not enough to have responsibilities and now I have prophecies to decode”

The King got up, annoyed about the fact and started to walk around nervously again. I could easily understand how he feels: frustrated, worried and a bit afraid.

“But what I can do?”

“Sorry, I'm so lost in thoughts that I'm not even explaining it right to you” he sighed and sat again “Listen, I know it's about me. My parents knew and the sages agree. It's difficult to born a girl descendant from water in the same way that it's difficult to born a boy descendent from ice. We are unique. And we have to unite our powers before this kind of magic disappear. I searched for you, I personally studied you and saw you in the water. It obeys you, you just don't know how to control yet. We have to do this. Together”

“I'm inclined to comply with your request, but I have to come back home to finish…”

“No, there's no time. You can write a letter and I'll give you a snow owl and it'll send your letter”

“But…”

“This is an order”

“Yes your Grace”

“You can call me Taehyung. Now come with me, I'll show you your room”

Finally a day off! I was missing properly time to do whatever I wanted. And the most important: with my favourite person in the world. I was taking Y/N to the beach. We need a well-deserved rest, so we're going to Busan to enjoy the beach and the time together. Jungkook and Taehyung are coming with us, wanting all the sun for themselves too. I could enjoy their companionship and be with my princess. This is gonna be fun

“We're going by car, Jinnie?” Y/N asked.

“Of course not, I already appreciated the view. We're going like normal people”

“Airplane then” she laughed “I want comfortable clothes but don't want to take off my heels”

“You look pretty though”

“I know” her cheeks became immediatelly red after saying. 

I laughed. I love this. She would look pretty even if she wore market bags, but sometimes she can't see that. I fell in love every time she came out of the closet with different clothes, undecided.

“What you think about this, Jin?”

Sneakers, high waist shorts, a loose t-shirt. I've never seen anything so beautiful before.

“I'm in love princess”

She opened a big smile.

“So did you like it?”

“Of course. Now come here and give me a kiss”

“Try to not smudge my gloss”

“Only a peck, love. I'll try to control myself close to those pretty lips of yours”

So I did. Pecked three times, even all that I wanted was to kiss her passionately.

“Let's go” Jungkook entered in our room.

“Hey stupid knock first” Y/N said.

Jungkook only rolled his eyes.

“Go, go, go. Let's fucking go”

“Calm down, the beach won't runaway” I said.

“Y/N, why are you with sneakers to go to the beach?”

“Because I wear what I want. Besides, we aren't at the beach yet”

Jungkook just showed her his tongue, getting out of our room.

“Let's go?” I said.

“I'm ready”

It didn't take long. Only a couple of hours or less. I was listening with Y/N our favourite playlist song and I was enjoying the moment so much that I almost got sad when we arrived.

“I still think that we should buy a house here” Y/N said.

“Do you guys remember that house that we rent once?” Taehyung asked.

“Our last vacation?”

“How can I forget that pool?” Y/N said.

“Let's buy then. We make a deal and afford between the seven of us” Taehyung said.

“I don't think they'll sell that house but I liked the idea” I said.

We decided to take a taxi together, even because we're going to the same hotel close to the beach. The boys will make a fuss on the beach and I was planning enjoying the pool with my princess. I was having thoughts about passing sunscreen on her back. It took a while to get there. This hotel is away from the city. Preserved and silent. All that I was looking for. When we arrived, the dorks just drop their bags in their shared chalet and ran to the beach like two little kids. My chalet was on the other side. We always choose the same always since is the closest to the beach and the pool. And, of course, because is the biggest one.

“Help me to tie this bikini, Jinnie”

“Sure”

We both were in front of the mirror. I could see all of her and I was loving it. Slowly I put my lips in her shoulders then in her neck. Y/N hummed softly, approving my kisses and I was really holding myself to not suck her beautiful skin and leave a hickey there. I turned her to face me and kissed like I wanted.

“What do you think about pool lunch?” I asked.

“You don't have to ask me twice”

We had a lovely meal by the pool. Y/N enjoyed the sun before entering in the pool, swimming for a while. I couldn't take my eyes off her. The way the drops of water kissed her skin, oh Lord.

“Princess, could you come here please”

Y/N just smiled and came to me. I put her in my lap.

“Were you looking at me?”

“I can't take my eyes off you”

She kissed me softly, but I was hot, the weather was hot, everything is BURNING.

“Let's go to the room please” I said.

She grabbed my hand and pulled me with her. I almost threw us on the bed when we get in the room, forgetting about everything only focusing on the pretty woman with me. But I was taking my time, teasing her to the limit.

“Are you liking this, babygirl?”

“Yes Jinnie”

I was about to take off her bikini, but I wanted to tease even more, then I started to…

“Hyung did you see my…” Jungkook abruptly opened the door.

Y/N screamed. I immediatelly covered her body with the blanket.

“FOR GOD'S SAKE KNOCK THE FUCKING DOOR”
