wow i really love your "the gang as girls" headcannon! thanks whoever requested and thanks for writing that haha. i was wondering though, what would their names be if they were females?

Thank you! I really enjoyed writing it, I actually considered what their names would be for a while but didn’t know if I would write it seriously or as a joke (i.e. Ponygirl). Anyway, I decided to try and find names for the guys (girls?) that are semi-decent and sound like those given to the boys. With the likes of Soda and Ponyboy I tried to think of names that were equally as unusual but also something Mr and Mrs Curtis would name them. Hope you enjoy!

Sleepy Ponyboy Cuddling Headcanons

A/N: These hcs came to be from a hc that talked about how Pony needs at someone to cuddle to fall sleep. @anime-sodapop said I should do hcs for that, so, here they are!! Just a little warning, these are a little miscellaneous.

- Okay so we all know that Soda uses the power of cuddles and comfort to help Pony after a nightmare.

- Soda also sometimes cuddles Pony before they go to bed.

- Soon Pony found himself cuddling with anyone when he felt tired.

- He soon became know as The Cuddler ™ amongst the gang.

- Sometimes it would be Darry.

- Like he would walk over to Darry and ask for cuddles.

- “Darry…” Pony says, looking up at Darry, with sleep filled eyes. Yawning a bit. “Can I have cuddles?” Pony asks, resting his head on Darry’s armchair.

- Darry, of course, sighs and smiles at Pony’s cute sleepy-ness. “Of course my little colt.”

- With that, Pony would climb into Darry’s lap and cuddles into Darry’s chest.

- Other times he ends up cuddling with Steve!!

- Soda has a picture but shhhhh..

- But Pony tired and sleepy going around sleepily and innocently asking for cuddling is just the cutest thing ever.

- Like even Dally and Steve will sometimes volunteer to cuddle with Pony.

- Like he is just to cute to say no too.

- Two-bit once came over and Pony immediately attached himself to Two-bit and started cuddling him.

- So Two-bit happily took Pony to the couch and cuddled with him until Pony fell asleep.

- Steve once happened across Pony being comforted by Soda after a nightmare.

- Soda had pushed Pony on to him so he could get some medicine for Pony, who turned out to have a fever.

- So Steve, without much arguing, cuddled Pony to sleep.

- Once when Sandy came over to look for Soda, Pony walks up to her and asks for cuddles.

- Sandy, who already knew about Pony’s cuddling habit, happily agreed and cuddled with him till Soda showed up.

- And died from the sight of his girlfriend cuddling his baby brother.

- Same thing with Evie. Accept Steve got very pouty.

- He even once manage to get Tim to cuddle him.

- He was over at the Shepard’s house waiting for Curly to come out of his room so they can hang out, when he got sleepy.

- Lo and behold Tim Shepard suddenly walks out of the kitchen, with a sandwich.

- Pony seems Tim and before anyone knows what’s going on, Pony is cuddling Tim, who is silently seething the entire time.

- But you know, he lives with Curly so he can live with it.

- Curly is a different story.

- If Pony wanted to cuddle with Curly, Curly would hands down ready and down to cuddle with Pony. But only in private.

- Curly is totally a person who loves physical shows of affection.

- So it’s not hard for Pony to convince Curly to cuddle him.

Bonus for Reader.

- When Pony first cuddled up to you, it was for a movie and he was very tired.
