It's been really scary out here since that damn bracket was revealed. I don't understand how things got this far over fictional characters.

I'll be honest, I'm TERRIFIED to see what's going to happen in this fandom with the next ACOTAR announcement.

Sometimes I think that I would enjoy the books a lot more if I wasn't part of the fandom. And I really think it might ruin my experience of the next book.

In the Gwynriel book, I really expect a scene where Gwyn goes absolutely feral because Azriel is in danger. Like "touch him and you die".

My boy Az deserves someone like that especially since he clearly has a savior complex.

E/riels keep saying that the "but" in "He wouldn’t go so far as to call Gwyn a friend, but…" doesn’t mean anything.

But you can be sure they wouldn't stop talking about how it changes everything if it was "He hadn't gotten that far with his planning, certainly not beyond the fantasies he pleasured himself to, BUT...".

I can't unsee Gwynriel, because for what reasons would SJM change what happened in Sangravah so that Azriel could be there and rescue Gwyn in her most difficult moment? Why would SJM highlight every Gwynriel interaction in ACOSF? Why would SJM make them both competitive? Why would they both sing? Why would his shadows dance for her? Why would she be in his BC? Why would she have a white, teal AND blue friendship bracelet? Why would Azriel bury Gwyn's smile deep in his chest? Why a thing of secret, lovely beauty? Why the spark? And much more…

If SJM writes Elriel HEA, then fine. She writes whatever she feels is best for her characters.

But I'll never find a single explanation for everything that happened between Azriel and Gwyn in ACOSF.

It is a joke? I did a replay of ep3 so I can have the final dialogue with Lance ep4 and despite this I had +25 with boring Leiftan, boring Mathieu and Lance. This is the best I could do.
